Description of Work: Tried to utilize a different security system in our home which is pre-wired for ADT. Their system would need to be re-installed and did not work with existing system. Price for their system was more than I already have.

Description of Work: Installed an alarm system. We discussed my needs and all the options available. They were patient and answered ALL my questions. The installation took about an hour, and they cleaned up upon completion. The cost was higher than I initially anticipated, but that was because I added features. I have been very satisfied with the installation and the service.

Description of Work: They installed a Security system for us. We liked the fact that the salesperson was also the one who installed our system-no middle man involved. The price was well within our budget and the system gives us everything we need. Ken was very professional and had our system installed quickly. It is easy to operate and I love the Iphone app that we also can use to control it.

Description of Work: They responded within 1 day and installed the system within three days. The new system is light years ahead of the 20 year old ADT system it replaced. Everything is wireless, cellular communications and smart phone control. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: installed alarm system. Did a great job--there was a glich in the initial pad and they came back immediately and fixed the problem, were very courteous and prompt in services provided. And the alarm does work--accidentally set off and got a quick response!

Description of Work: It went very well actually, but after talking with the rep to have us verify if we were still under contract with ADT, I found out we were. The rep was very helpful and if it wasn't for ADT contract, I would have gladly gone with their service. Will consider them again when ADT contract is up

Description of Work: They installed a new cellular activated alarm system in our home. I called around and got quotes from 4 other companies that were recommended on Angie's List. I felt that 24 Hour Home Protection gave us the best deal and worked with us so we could get the best package for our home security needs. It did help that I had checked with other companies. I had a couple of in house estimates. So when I called 24 hr. protection, I knew what I wanted and we were able to come up with a good package over the phone. I did add a couple of extra items once they came to my house for the installation and saw my set up.

Description of Work: We were looking for a new system and called several companies on Angie's list. Many came out for estimates and when all was said and done, Theo from 24 Hour Protection gave us he best deal. All the people that came out were Guardian affiliated, but was surprising, Theo was the only one that didn't charge us for the equipment. He saved us $300 - $500. That alone should have been enough for him to get the job, but what really won us over was his concern for our needs and his upfront attitude with us. We will recommend him to all we know that want.
