Description of Work: They were very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions. They were not "pushy" as one of the other companies which called back twice. Their system is simple but effective. It is much cheaper and more effective than our previous ADT system.

Description of Work: Protecht installed a complete wireless alarm system at my house in a short period of time. They were very easy to work with and well after the installation any time i have questions i simply email them and they are prompt with their responses. I recommend them as often as possible.

Description of Work: I needed an alarm system, so I called them to ask every question I could think of with regard to alarms - how they work, what types are there and so forth (keeping them on the phone for over 45 minutes) and they were able to answer all of my questions. They were polite, helpful and efficient. The actual installation took a bit more than an hour and while the total was more than originally quoted, it was because I added features (note: they did NOT push me to buy anything) based on further discussion once they saw the layout and I asked even MORE questions.

Description of Work: I knew nothing about security systems. Theo answered my questions and explained the components very well. I feel I got the system that works for my situation and at a good price. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Install took about two hours. The guy who did the work for me was very nice and willing to work around our schedule to make the install work with our crazy lives. I was very pleased with the service. Two weeks after installation I'm very happy with how easy the system has been to use.

Description of Work: They delivered as promised. 2 gentlemen showed up at my house on the date and time we agreed upon. We discussed what would be best for my situation and what options I could have. Once we determined what was right for me they started the installation. I had 3 door alarms and 2 motion sensors installed. It took them a total of about an hour to complete the installation. They explained how the system worked and how to set it up. They even waited until I had the email from the provider telling me that everything was good to go. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a security system. They also told me that they can set up whole house automation if I wanted it at a later date including cameras, lights and HVAC. The system works great and I haven't had a single issue with it. Fantastic price and fantastic service.

Description of Work: Installed new alarm system, with door and window monitors as well as glass break sensors and an extra led touch pad for our upstairs. Theo was on time and very professional. He thoroughly explained the system and demonstrated how to use it. He made sure I understood everything before he left. He was neat and clean and left no mess!
