Description of Work: Difficult to determine if service (i.e., responsiveness) is good since I have had no security incidents [which is good, but out of their control]. Consequently, don't know if the monitoring service will be as good as ADT Security, my previous provider. The installation went well and the installer appeared to do a GOOD job, i.e., appeared to know what he was doing. The price (I later learned) was not a good price. There are other providers, including ADT, that have a significantly lower monitoring price. I mistakenly acted too soon on the Angie's List offer because, at least, two other security providers have much lower monthly monitoring fees.

Description of Work: He set up the Monotronics home security system. I had to call him a few times: to get the system to respond the way I wanted; to turn off the sound it made when battery ran low with power lost in storm. He was very responsive and seemed trustworthy.
