Description of Work: Theo and his associate installed my new security system. They were very professional and made sure I understood the system completely. When I realized I had forgotten to put a monitor on a garage door, they came back promptly and installed it. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I purchased a $69 coupon for monitoring equipment and installation. I paid an extra $150 and in total received control panel, 9 windows, 2 doors, and 1 glass break. It is a little unclear to me which pieces were included in the original price and which I paid extra for. But in the end, I thought that it was a fair total price. The installation guy was friendly, answered my messages on Angie's List, and explained everything very well. I signed a 3 year contact, and really hope that my monthly fee doesn't double after the three years, because I really love the system. Tonight, a frame fell of the wall near the glass break, setting off the alarm. It scared us to death, but I was glad that everything worked!
