Arrived on time very knowledgable and courteous. Told me all my install options. Explain system and app well.

They installed the system I needed. However, the service was not the best because they were slow. The technician was very friendly.

The service was fine. I have no complaints or problems with the service or the system. They installed the system and explained things effectively.

There were a couple of issues after they installed the system. The remote stopped working but they came out right away to fix it. Our phone system stopped working too. We were not sure if it was there fault, but they came out and took care of it. It turned out it was not their fault. However, they fixed it with no problems or no additional cost.

The experience was great. The installation team arrived on time and worked diligently through the afternoon to complete the installation. There was a mix up concerning our interest in having a camera system installed. The installers had not brought a camera with them, but made calls to locate a local distributor. Ultimately they drove back to Indianapolis from Cincinnati to get the right camera and returned to install it that evening. The effort by the installers to make sure we were happy with the product went when way beyond what I would have expected.

Kenny and Theo did a great job. Prompt and efficient. Communication before, during and after was very good. They were very patient with my husband and me, explaining everything in detail, as well as, answering numerous questions. Very pleased with the entire transaction. Scheduling is very flexible; evening service/installation is available.

Contacted company through Angie's list late Friday night. Traded emails over the weekend. Received a call Monday morning explaining charges and promotion. Set up walk-through for Tuesday to receive quote and overall plan for security system. Felt comfortable with quote and Ken (the owner) who came to the house. Asked how soon he could install and he did it right then and there and within a few hours I had a fully functioning alarm system. Looks great and works well. I feel comfortable that if I need anything regarding service or replacement parts that Ken and his company are only a few minutes away. As long as Ken has an alarm system installation company I will be using him. Plan on referring to all friends and clients.

Very good. We stayed informed and the installer remained professional throughout entire procedure. A great experience.

Went very well. Keep in mind that you will need to have a smoke alarm wired into the alarm to get home owner insurance discount.

Very pleased with the results. As a bonus, instead of using any of the older equipment, they installed brand new equipment with far greater functionality than if they had tried to "save parts" (which another firm I spoke with said they would do). I should mention the $90 cost was for installation plus my first month of service.

Very well. Theo was good to work with and worked around our busy schedules which we did not expect but were grateful.

They were wonderful. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and helpful. They were superb.

Overall, the install went very well. Theo was on time and professional, and got everything done within a few hours. We had a few issues with one of the door sensors (due to the way our door is aligned, not because of anything he did - we've had this problem before). Theo came out the next two nights to try different door sensors until he found one that worked, and without any additional charge. He also wasn't bothered by our two dogs following him around the whole time! We would definitely recommend / use in the future.

Excellent...Theo responded within hours, Bob installed the system the following week but the 24 Hour Protection came on line too soon. There's usually a 7 day "check out the system" for false alarms and such but 24 Hour Protection's monitoring was immediate. The password was wrong at 24 Hour Protection so the disposition of the fire department was unnecessary but all corrected.

I bought $49 for 10 Points of Protection on Angie’s List, and I added more to that. They were quite good. They came when they said they were going to. They installed everything properly and checked back with me to make sure I understood everything. It has gone well.

We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the installation. Prior to installation, Theo and Kenny went above and beyond the call of duty in explaining the operation of the system and advising us of the best array of sensor types, etc., for our home. They were prompt, courteous, well-informed, skilled at answering our questions, and thoroughly professional in every way. We are happy to recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent! The installation was perfect, and the security system is more elaborate than I ever thought. Both keypads say OUTLOUD what doors open, when they open and will inform you if any doors are open. I feel very safe! Thanks!

It went very well. Theo came out for the initial quote within a few days of our first call. They were able to install the system that week. They came right back out to make an adjustment when they found out one of the sensors was a bit out of whack.

Technician were professional & courteous. Job went well.
