Everything went well ........ on time and product and pricing as promised.

The they did work promptly and well.

Installation was done quickly and we were made aware of all our options ( smartphone controls, etc. ) Have only had a few minor issues with system over several years, and the staff has responded quickly to resolve any problems. We are also pleased with the Monitronics ( recently renamed Moni ) monitoring system. Staff is very responsive to any alarms, accidental or not. We have only had one false alarm visit from the police department and that incident was totally our error. Also have smoke alarm built into system which will notify Moni to contact fire department if alarm is triggered. An added benefit to us.

They replaced the ole ADT system, which depended on a landline (phone) with a wireless system. The monitors on the windows are sensitive to shock, so if a window is broken, the alarm sounds. They monitors are small and do not require drilling into the window frames. I am very satisfied with the new system.

Went very well. Theo was thorough in his evaluation, and answered all our questions. We fell he understood our needs and did not try to oversell. We are very pleased with the system and know we can contact Theo anytime if problems arise. So far we have not had any issues. We definitely recommend Protecht.

Went better than expected. After evaluating our needs Theo advised us what would be best for our home which was actually less than we anticipated. He explained what we needed and why. He was thorough and efficient.

Theo was amazing! I had talked with the alarm monitoring company (Moni) about the issue and they were going to send someone out to the house to replace a sensor, although they were doubtful that is what t it was. In the meantime, I decided to call ProTECHt, even though they had installed our system 3 years ago. I talked with Theo, the owner, on a Saturday and he talked me through some attempts to find out what was wrong. I insisted the noise was coming from the sensor and he, nicely, insisted it couldn't be. He took me through some tests, we deleted the sensor from the system through the keypad and even took it off the wall and put it in another room and, lo and behold, we were still getting these horribly loud beeps from the hallway! As it turns out, the beeps were coming from a carbon monoxide detector in the same hallway indicating the battery needed to be changed. How embarrassing! On Sunday, Theo walked me through reprogramming our system and all is okay now. I don't know of too many business owners who would be willing to spend time assisting a customer on a Saturday and Sunday, do you? Theo charged us a $50 service fee, only at my urging.

The Technition, Theo, was courteous and efficient. He set up the system and made sure everything worked.

It didn't work out too well. I'm gonna cancel it as soon as it come up for renewal next year.

It was fine; I had no issues. It is all wireless. I found out later you can probably get something with a cheaper monthly fee. Other than that I thought it was very fair. They were professional, kindly and explained everything. They have a web site you can use if you want to use your phone.
