Theo reviewed everything with me prior to installing and explained all my options very thoroughly. He didn't attempt to sell me more than what I was originally intending to get. The installation was very quick and he did a great job of explaining how everything works. I love the online and mobile access, which my old system didn't have.

They were quite reasonable. The installers were knowledgeable. They were flexible. They weren't able to come out in my ideal time frame. I had wanted them to come out the same week due to some break-ins in the neighborhood. I called and they were able to make it out the following week. ProTecht Home Security is who installs the system. I thought the installation price, which took some negotiating, was way better than other companies. They explained the system well to us and gave us all the necessary information. Monitronics is who monitors the system. I've recommended them to other people.

I am very impressed with ProTecht Home Security. From the sales call to the install, they were extremely professional and I never felt like Theo was "selling". He was very honest and understood our objectives. The installation performed by Kenny and Theo was not only professional, but efficient. They didn't waste any time. And, when faced with an issue from the old security system, quickly resolved the issue and completed the job. After receiving quotes from two other companies, ProTecht was hands down the best choice even though we paid a little more as opposed to using the existing security system provider. As a former business owner, my husband and I appreciated Theo's business acumen. Highly recommend!

The installation went very well. They were very professional and on time. However the first night and two weeks thereafter continiously we were hearing a beeping sound that would come on at 6am from our living room. We thought it was the alarm so Theo came and changed the panel, then came another time and changed the second panel and finally he disarmed the system altogether to see if it was truly the alarm beeping every morning. We found out that it was our alarm clock on our fireplace that was set accidentally to ring at 6am each morning. It sounded very much like the beeping of the alarm. We were all relieved to find out what it was. Theo was very helpful and took care of the issue until it was resolved. So, I would definitely recommend their company to anyone considering to installed a new wireless alarm system. We plan on using them for many years to come.

They were very nice, professional and polite. They went through the instructions and keypad very quickly at the end. I've called once and had a good response. I think it's great that it's wireless as opposed to drilling holes in the wall. A three year contract seems a bit long.

The system seems to be working fine. I think they really worked with our schedule. The guy was very easy to work with. My husband felt the price was comparable and liked the fact that it's a smaller company.

These guys are absolutely OUTSTANDING! First off their response time is what every single service provider should strive for. I put a request for information in with this company on my IPAD while reading in bed at 1000pm on Friday November 15, 2013 Kenny responded to me via phone and eMail at 900am on Saturday November 16, 2013 a mere 11 hours after I had submitted my request. Theo was at my home at 1:00 pm on Saturday November 16, evaluated my home security needs and gave me an incredibly competitive quote. Theo was extremely practical and honest in regards to my security needs and did not try to "upsell me" on needless services and charges (unlike some other NATIONAL security companies that will remain unnamed) . 15 hours after my initial request. WOW! Made an appointment to install system on Tuesday November 19, 2013 at 11:00am. Theo and Kenny arrived on time and got the entire installation done as well as showing me and explaining my new system to me in 68 minutes. I love my new Monitronics home security system. I love the fact that my family and I can access, control, and monitor my home security from any and all of our mobile devices PLUS our computer. I am going to bed tonight with some extra piece of mind in regards to my family's safety and security. I would recommend these guys to my friends, family, and neighbors. They obviously understand the meaning of OUTSTANDING customer service.

He called and asked me to pay over $1,000 in advance.

The service and professionalism of this company is fantastic. I called on Saturday morning and they offered to come out that day. The didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He came in and made some recommendations, installed the system and went through it thoroughly with us, and helped get us set up on the web site in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company.

The technicians arrived right on time and quickly began installing the equipment. They were thorough in explaining how the system worked and very easy to understand. Within a week we had an issue with one of our sensors malfunctioning and they sent out a technician promptly the next day. He replaced the faulty sensor without any charge or hassle to us. I was very pleased with the price and efficiency of this company.

No drama, a quite satisfactory job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. The deal included free installation. I talked to him over the phone and he came down and walked through the house to see what I needed. He was good to work with and it all went very well. It was more than I expected but I have a lot of windows and sliding glass doors. I needed to have a little bit more equipment to get the results I wanted. That was not a criticism because there was no guarantee of any final price. He was eager to serve and he seemed to be well informed about his product. He was very helpful about helping me to understand how to operate it. We talked about what I needed and what would work for me. He provided the service well. He called quickly and when I couldn't do it right away, he would call and check because he was about 120 miles away. He came when I expected him. I had no problems.

Other than being 15 minutes late the provider executed a pre-review of my needs, walked through the installation process, executed the installation, walked through the security process while being courteous and professional.

ProTecht was prompt returning my call and scheduling an appointment compatible to my time frame. When appointment was scheduled, I was called to to confirm when they were on the way. Theo G. upon his arrival listened to my concerns, inspected the premises and evaluated what components would best protect the home. Theo explained everything in detail, installed and verified I knew how to operate. Theo was extremely conscience, knowledgeable and did not leave until he was certain I knew my system and felt secure using same. I would highly recommend ProTecht to anyone considering a home security system. I feel you could not find a better system and or a better company to install.

They were prompt and courteous and answered all my questions (of which I had a LOT) on the phone. They were able to make the installation date quickly, yet convenient to my schedule. Upon arrival, we did a walk-through and they made appropriate suggestions, explaining the advantage and disadvantage of each, yet did NOT try to oversell me, which I really appreciated. The original quote was exceeded because I added features (one example is fire protection) that I felt were important to me and my situation, NOT because they tried to talk me into additional features. Since I have pets, we "tested" the motion detection component with the pets involved (I'm kind of a "show me" person as opposed to a "believe what you tell me" person) and it performed as they stated it would. They were neat and tidy, cleaning up any mess. They explained how the system and each component of the system worked and made sure I understood everything, including installing and using the phone app (which I LOVE) and babysat me through using the app for the first time. They also gave me their personal cell phone number to call if I had any followup questions. I would definitely use them again.

It took them about an hour to install. They did a great job. They answered all my questions and provided their cell phones and came in a timely manner. Finally cleaned up well after themselves and the system has been functioning smoothly since.

The sales reps were extremely nice and pleasant to work with. Great communication prior to installation which let me know exactly what to expect from this company moving forward. The 2 men who arrived on time to install my new system were very knowledgeable about their product and the features/benefits. I am thrilled with the new updated equipment as my older ADT system was replaced and upgraded with this new equipment throughout my home. Although I have only been with this company for 1 month roughly, I would refer them to anyone for alarm needs!
