My husband travels fairly regularly so we decided to install a security system in our new home. Theo arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our home to assess what kind of coverage would fit our needs. He was very polite and explained every step in the process. He installed a keypad, motion sensor, door sensors and window sensors in a timely manner and made sure to clean up after himself. Then he gave us a comprehensive tutorial on how to use the equipment (including the mobile app) and made sure we were comfortable with it. I would recommend ProTecht's services to anyone in the market for a home security system. They're incredibly professionally!

The service was fine. He came, installed it, showed me how it works, and I have been using it. There were additional fees to the $29 Big Deal because I had to buy some additional things. They were great. They did a good job. I would maybe use them again in the future.

The guys at ProTecht were very friendly, responsive to all questions, and didn't push for more than I needed. We did have a sensor issue the day after installation, but they were quick to come out and replace it. Overall, very happy with the install, the system, and the monitoring service as well.
