Description of Work: They sprayed the outside of our house for bugs of all kinds. They also sprayed around the trees and bushes and spread some kind of dry pellets around the trees etc. This is the third or fourth time I have used them and would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They treated outside. Inside they only did injections under sinks because of two 5 pound pups. Really kept the bugs away which is amazing in my wooded area.

Description of Work: I purchased the $89 exterior treatment Big Deal. The appointment was for 3-6pm. At about 5:45 I called the office (24 hour line) but got no answer. A while later the technician called to say he was 30 minutes away and asked if I still wanted him to come. I said yes. An hour after his call, he arrived. He treated the exterior of my house. He treated a crack inside the garage that had some ant activity. He looked in the basement and I pointed out a spot where I had seen sawdust in the past. He treated the spot but could not find any active bugs. Outside, he took down 2 small wasp nests. They were new and pretty high, but he was able to get them down. I was mostly concerned with the activity in the garage, but he could not find any bugs in the crack. I don't know yet if the exterior spray will work, since I have not seen any ants in the house yet this year. I usually get ants at some point in the summer,so this was mostly preventative. I hope it works.
