Description of Work: Sprayed for spiders outside. I was told it wouldn't get them all and that was accurate. I still have spiders and cobwebs but it was better for a short time.

Description of Work: They did a good job. The only negative was that they didnt come within the window that was given. I think the provider was pretty booked up. I had to call because my mom had waited@home4 them for quite awhile after the time they gave me. Again the work was good&the professional was very polite once he got there~acccording to my mom.

Description of Work: Sprayed the outside. Tried to charge me $250.00. Claimed they did not know anything about Angie's List. The service man called the home office and left a message. He was waiting at my door to get and answer. After a few minutes, I informed the service man to contact me because I did pay the angie's list fee and was not going to pay anymore

He thoroughly explained what he did and why and what I should look for and do after he left to ensure the treatment was successful. Description of Work: Greg showed up prompt and was professional. He explained what he was doing, the substance used and how it worked to get rid of the bees. He also, did a walk around the house to see if there were any other areas the bees had been, or damaged. Once done, Greg came back to let me know he was finished, but before he left, he made sure to remove spider webs without me asking. Over all it was a positive experience. Thank you.
