Description of Work: I paid Angie's List for a deal package and emailed Gold Seal more than once to try and schedule. They got back with me once and said they'd email next week then I never heard from them. Ended up requesting a refund from Angie's List.

Description of Work: They got rid of an unground bees nest. The first time he came to treat it it was raining and the initial treatment did not fix the problem. We called them and they came back out and did another treatment at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Exterminated Yellow Jacket hive in compost bin. |The exterminator was prompt and explained what he was going to do and the outcome. He said he would come back and check, but never did. This is why I gave a lower score on Responsiveness. The treatment worked, but expensive based on the amount of product used and time spent and why I gave a lower score on price. |I would use them in the future for other type of extermination needs.
