They were very nice and professional. I was concerned about the price and they said that I could call and find out what others were charging to make me feel more comfortable. They said they were in the mid-range.

Very unreal experience when roaches came into home like overnight. Next door neighbors tore down the walls inside house and roaches and mice ran right to my house. Exterminator came and did a very excellent job. After he left, we only saw a couple roaches and they were almost dead. Have not seen any since and hope to never see again. I would use this company again, and also got 10% off the original bill for being Angie's List customer.

We moved into a new house and saw mice droppings under the sink. Having small children we didn't want to take any chances and called for help. The representative came out when expected, answered all of my questions and put child/dog safe bait traps throughout the house. He also told me what to do in case my dog destroyed the trap and ate the bait. We had a fly infestation and called the company. The gentleman on the phone told me where to look to find the source. He said that once we found the source we could take care of it ourselves or call them to destroy it. We ended up taking care of it ourselves -- kudos for the free help on finding where they were! The third time we called we had a large number of spiders and other insects in our house. Andy came out quickly and sprayed child/dog safe insecticide in the house, outside of the house and within the crawl space. We have definitely seen an improvement!

When I called in I reported that the mice were in the attic, but while the man was on time and pleasant, he was not adequately prepared/equipped. He had to use our ladder and asked if we had a flashlight he could use. He wasn't prepared to crawl back into the areas where we reported hearing the critters. He ended up tossing bait in the general direction of the areas. We hope it works! They were good about scheduling a time convenient to us, though they were supposed to call before sending someone (and he just showed up).

Both Ella and Jean always make sure that the customer is satisfied. They are willing to schedule and respond to our needs very quickly and always a pleasure to deal with. You can trust the people of GOLD SEAL.

Came quickly and even though the nest came back, they came out and removed it again.

They were on time. They took care of the job.

Jeff was very business-like, tried hard to correct a very difficult situation, & stayed with it until successful.

They are prompt, they are professional. They take the time to explain. If you have concerns about children in the house they will explain alternatives and adjust accordingly while accomplishing the goal.

The work did not take that long and was reasonably priced compared to other quotes we had.

They took away the traps & I think they caught some chipmunks. They did the job well. They only charged me $95, but I'm not sure if that includes picking up the traps & disposing of the chipmunks. The serviceman was very nice & they were very prompt in setting the traps.

They came out the day I called. Very polite and very professional. I was very pleased. He came back the next day and put on a cap.

He inspected my house for other holes, found 2 and also sprayed them. He also found a wasps nest, and he killed them also. Very pleasant to deal with.

Mice are a nightmare. Gold Seal takes care of the problem.

Overall I was pleased w/Gold seal work with one exception--Josh was sent to my home--he told me the service fee was $95--I called to verify it-- (I was told $90) but the person answering the business phone has no clue as to prices--even service fee; she would have to take my number and have someone get back with me--I did not like this aspect of their operation.

They were on time. courteous, professional and said they would return if we had need not taken care of.

They were very nice and said the problem was not anything that I was doing, but had to do with the mild winter. Service was very quick.

Fred was the mans name. He gave good service and was very courteous. We have monthly service.

Cory was supposed to come between 2 and 3pm, however, did not call until around 3:15 and did not arrive until after 4. I realize he was held up at his previous job but he was later than expected.

Since that time we have been in contact with the company president. He came to our home and bent over backwards to assist in any way possible. He offered future services at the companies expense, he offered to refund the cost of the services that were performed, and he paid for the veterinary fees.

Cory showed up on time all four visits. First visit to set traps and other three to remove the trapped squirrels. He is very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Prices were reasonable.

THIS TIME THEY SENT AN EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HIM. HE WENT ALL OVER THE HOUSE AND SPRAYED EVERYTHING INSIDE AND OUT.

I LIKE THE WAY THE GUY HANDLED HIMSELF. HE WAS GOOD WITH THE INFORMATION AND PROFESSIONAL.
