Presto-X Pest Control

Came to my home exactly when they said they would. Called first. Checked the attic to see where the bats were then put a screen on the outside of the vent (peak) to keep the bats from returning to that spot. Took about an hour to do the work. I had a 10% off coupon for Angies' List members, that I got off the Angie's List website, but Josh told me they did not accept Angie's List coupon for wildlife removal-only for bugs :( That was the whole reason I called them in the first place was because of the 10% off coupon. I was not happy about that. The next time I will be sure to ask right at first.

The man came out and inspected my home, he thought that I could probably caulk a few certain areas myself to remedy the problem. I did and it worked; I have not had the ant problem since. He didn't even charge a service fee. He also checked for termites while here and left a brochure that showed the difference between winged ants and termites, and was able to find that they were ants.

They were all very professional and knowledgeable.

Gold Seal did a nice job. I was 8 months pregnant at the time of service, so I was asked to leave the home for about 3 hours while the spray treatment dried indoors. My husband stayed at the home. The company was to treat the interior and exterior of the home, but only treated the interior. They charged us the full amount. When my husband told me this, I called Gold Seal on the next business day, explained the situation, and the company sent another representative out the next day to treat the exterior of the home at no charge. It has been about 2 weeks and our ant problem is gone!

I can't speak for Gold Seal's services, but I can say that it's apparent that they simply value good service, and for that, I will go to them first the next time I have a problem. Thumbs up.

They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and arrived on time. The gentleman worked efficiently and addressed all of my concerns. Having a small child as well as a family pet, I wanted to make sure the spray was safe for both of them. They also provide a guarantee should I see any more spiders within the specified timeframe. They will come back out to my home at no additional charge.

Have not seen any ants since, so I'd have to say that they did very well. Since we noticed the ants on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, we paid holiday rates. I knew that going in so there is no complaint about it.

We were pleased, but the job was subcontracted and the subcontractors were difficult to get a hold of.

Although he found nothing up there, I was still very happy to find that out and know that both my attic and roof had no places of entry.

I felt the price was reasonable. I had to call them back about a week later, and they came out right away. I haven't seen any since. I would recommend them.

They were excellent, very professional and prompt. They were cheaper than the other companies I contacted. He was very easy to talk to and very thorough in asking questions being his first time at my home.

THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB, BUT THE COST WAS A LITTLE STEEP FOR 1 BAT.

After describing the problem in detail, he explained that I did not need their services. You can kill them off with something as simple as Windex. Based on my description, he said that they were not termites or carpenter ants, that they were just common ants and are doing no damage. He said that they will be gone within a few days. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism.

Some personnel problems with scheduling the treatment has been satisfactorily resolved with the owner of the company. Very much to my satisfaction. The spraying treatments itself were very satisfactorily done.

I called them to schedule a visit. They came and sprayed for ants. It didn't take very long. I called 2 weeks later because there were still ants in the garage. They came again and sprayed inside and out at no additional charge.

I found this vendor on Angie's List & contacted initially for a quote. Spoke with employee who was not having a great day & it came across in the tone of the conversation. Was very surprised as reports on Angie's List raved about this vendor. Called company back as a courtesy to advise that I would be filing a report on Angie's List that was not positive. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from the owner, Elia Levin. Elia apologized on behalf of the employee and did everything above and beyond to earn my business. Even with the 'discount' I was still concerned with my comfort level of allowing the employee to perform the above work. Elia, assured me that the employee was a professional and did his work very well. Elia went so far as to drive to the west side while the work was completed. The employee, Cory, was in fact great...did an outstanding job...and I will never hesitate to use this company for any future needs. Elia's focus on customer service is a rarity!!!!!

The work was satisfactory, but they did not follow up with me as to when they were coming out.

They were prompt and gave same day service. I plan on using them for the work.

I am extremely pleased with this company. They not only sold me a fantastic roach exterminating gel, but they explained in detail (in a friendly manner) how to use it. They swore that their product works, and boy were they right! I have not seen a roach now for days, nor am I finding evidence that any still exist. They said it could take up to 3 weeks for me to not see any bugs but the product is so good that it kicked in quickly (in 2 weeks) and with a vengeance!! (I had unfortunately wasted several weeks before contacting them by trying over-the-counter products from another company. This meant that I lost a lot of time getting the pests under control because of the products from this company do not work!!) Bottom line:this company knows their stuff, and I would highly recommend them!!

I really appreciate that I was told that an exterminator was not what was needed.

I was very pleased. Ants, and not terminates were identified as the problem. The representative told of some simple things to do, thus avoiding a costly visit to accomplish the same thing. A problem with carpenter bees was noted and he recommended that this area be sprayed in the Spring to correct the problem. Action at this time would accomplish nothing and be a waste of money. The representatives candidness and honesty was refreshing and appreciated. They will be contacted in the Spring for services.

They were very upfront and told us that there is not much they can do about it considering we have a dog. They said that usually other animals such as rabbits or the pets get hurt more than the mice. They were very kind and gave us some suggestions.

They were very nice and professional. I was concerned about the price and they said that I could call and find out what others were charging to make me feel more comfortable. They said they were in the mid-range.
