Presto-X Pest Control

I called in the morning. Someone came in the afternoon. The wall had to be cut open, and the nest removed. Luckily this was winter time and no hornets flew out.

They did a great job. I don't recall the price.

I have used them once before and they were wonderful. Excellent customer service. These are people that if you call them over the phone, they will tell you how to prevent the problem in the future. I would use them again.

I brought them a sample and they answered all my questions without charging me.

I don't remember the cost. I was not there when they fumigated.

I have nothing to compare the price to.

They came three times and they inspected my house and then they came back to set up the traps. They were very timely and they did great work. I was very pleased with them.

They said if the bees returned they would come back out for free within in a certain period of time.

Went fine. I was told that if I saw spiders after about 1-2 weeks, to call them back and they would spray again at no charge.

They assured me that if I was still seeing any moths within two weeks they would come back and do the job again for free.

They quickly determined the breadth and severity of the situation and determined a course of action. Termite traps were placed around the perimeter of the house. Finished work quickly without any interruption of our activities. They have returned to re-bait traps as needed.

Representative after inspections Suggested a more economical method which saved me approximately $90.

I called the company after hours and received a return phone call the next morning. The time between the placing of the order and the actual service was two days (due to the chance of inclement weather). The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. The extermination of the nest followed the scenario described by the technician and I am now without a dangerous yellow jacket nest.

They were very accommodating and prompt. They even came on a Saturday. They were excellent.

The representative came out promptly and was very pleasant. He did not feel we needed treatment since the problem appeared to be just an isolated incident and had resolved itself over time. I was impressed that he was honest that we didn't need a treatment, although he did go over the benefits of treating the perimeter of the house to discourage bugs from entering prior to winter. I felt I could trust his advice and very much appreciated that he did not recommend treatment when we really didn't need it.

I opted to buy the product from them to remove the yellow jackets myself. The instructions I was given were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to successfully get rid of the nest.

I really liked the service. I called them and they were out the same day to do the job. I've since called them to get advice on getting rid of some ants in my house.

My husband was stung by the hornets causing him an ambulance trip to the emergency room. All ended well, but we obviously needed professionals to remove the nest. The work was done quickly and very professionally.

Brought a trap and put it out in the back yard. My neighbor was concerned that their dog would tangle with the animal that may have been in our garage. Nothing was ever caught in the trap. They put some more bait out a couple weeks later and then eventually took the trap away. I thought they were a little expensive.

They were fine to work with. They showed up on time and did good work.

My expectations did not match the job. Our house was surrounded with numerous small webs. I thought I would come home and find them all gone. The company sprayed but did not remove any webs. When I called, I was told that was the homeowner's responsibility. I am not angry with the company, just annoyed with myself for making assumptions. The company returned a few days later to remove the wasp nests missed the first time.

This went very well! Corey and Josh took care of the problem and were very professional.

They were pretty flexible with appointments. They were very thorough on their first visit. They told us they would come back free of charge if the ants weren't gone. They did come back free of charge, but it still hasn't gotten rid of the ants. We ended up trying some home remedy stuff too. It was very nice that they came back free of charge.

They were super friendly and precise.

This was a very thorough inspection and he told me that what I had done was sufficient. I was very pleased with his service. I would absolutely use them again
