He said he could charge a bundle to look at it but that would not solve problem. He gave me some advice and was just super. I would highly recommend them.

I think they came within the time window the first time, but not the second time. They were professional, good, and the actual service was very quick.

Advised that no work was required, did not try to sell services or products, rather told us what we could easily do to control the problems. A very honest and professional representative.

I have used their services before. This time he was real informative and took the time to explain things to me. They guarentee their work. I had found a coupon for them in the phone book for ten dollars off.

They were excellent and came on time. The owner was also around to supervise the work. They also had the work finished before they said they would and did an excellent job.

They sprayed the exterior of the house, but it rained soon after, and he did have to come back again. It has reduced the amount of ants that are coming in. I will probably ask them to treat the interior of my house. I think that they do a good job.

I had ground hogs and raccoons living under my back deck and front porch. Gold Seal charged $150 to bring a Hav-A-heart trap and set it up (on the Friday before Memorial Day). They said they would come out each day to see if anything had been trapped. I noted that I could certainly look in the trap to see if there was a critter in it and would call (to save them a trip and gasoline.) Saturday morning I had my first ground hog. I called the number on the invoice I was given and there was a flurry of Spanish (which I don't understand). Called the office number which gave me an answering machine with another number to call to have the critter removed. I called. The voice answered, "This is Ron. Leave a number and I'll call you back." Was this Gold Seal? Didn't know. Left message that I was "trying to contact Gold Seal for an animal in a trap. Please call to let me know if this is the right number." No call. Worrying about the animal, I finally took the trap myself about three miles north and released it. Bad news: I had to do it myself. Good news: I saved myself the $55 additional charge for releasing an animal. Reset trap. Caught a raccoon. They came and released it. Set trap again. Second ground hog. I released it. Decided that I could buy my own trap and take care of this myself for a lot less money. If one chooses to do DIY, make sure you check the style of trap which you purchase and the ease of operation as there are a number of styles and sizes, one style designed with the opening on the bottom for burrowing animals and one which opens at the end for above ground. Ask the store to take the trap out of the box and demonstrate its operation as each style operates differently.

Overall they were very professional. They did an amazing job. They are family owned business and just great.

They were wonderful. They didn't charge for any extra and they explain the best way to solve the problem. I would absolutely use them again. They were very helpful.

First time did not work (heavy rains after treatment did not help); came back at no additional charge; 2nd time appears to be working. Some trouble getting in contact at first (tried both phone and email), but once reached (2nd try phone) was very responsive.

We had a tough time even getting the raccoon trapped, but Gold Seal was very persistent in their efforts to finally get the raccoon trapped and came back to my house often to check on the trap. Once we were able to get the raccoon out of my attic, Elia Levin was very responsive in coming to my home and meeting with the insurance adjuster to discuss the damage to the attic and what would need to be done. Elia was very helpful and took a load off my mind as far as working out the terms with the insurance company, which is something I don't like to have to do and that was a huge help to me. Once all the terms were worked out, to my satisfaction, the work could get underway. Elia arrived with his crew of workers, who made sure the appropriate things were in place to protect my house while they were working in the attic. Considering the extent of the damage caused by the raccoon and everything that had to be done, they were very quick to get setup and begin the cleanup process. They had to remove a considerable amount of insulation and feces from my attic, clean the area and replace the insulation. All this was done the same day AND they cleaned up their mess, so it was almost as if they weren't even there working. I was very impressed with their work. Elia called me later that same evening to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

They set trap around my house and I was told it would take 90 days and then they would be back to check activity, that is what I was told when I called them. The person that came and installed them told me it was going to be 30 then they would come back and check the traps. So the thirty days had passed so I called them and now they are coming out which will make it 40 days. They still have not told me how many days it was to take.

It was good because they were really nice and friendly. They do come back and check every three months. They gave us an estimate and it ended up being right on.

They were not on time but they had a good reason as to why. They were professional. They were courteous and kind. The price seemed a little high. I would use them in the future. The quality of the work was fine.

Wonderful experience. They came one day after I called. Workers were very professional and helpful. They educated me on what steps to take in my home to prevent further problems including food storage, caulking cracks, etc. By the end of the service call, I felt well educated about ants and how to minimize them re-invading my home! I even recommended them to a friend the next day.

They advised me not to have the service, because there was no apparent damage.

They came and shot some sort of powder and got rid of the bees completely.

I called prepared to hire them for insect extermination, but Phil gave me a simple do-it-yourself solution that probably saved me a couple hundred bucks. Getting this kind of free expert advice is a rarity and much appreciated; especially since I was prepared to pay whatever it took. I will definitely call them when the pest control problem escalates.

Gold Seal was a terrible recommendation. The only thing they did that they said they would do was set 1 trap, and they set it in the wrong location. I have called 4 times to get the service I was promised and I still have not received it.

They did a great job and I haven't seen any bats since they were out. I got my money's worth although I didn't compare to other companies.

We were concerned there was something dangerous going on. They examined a few bugs and advised us that it was flying ants and that it was not as dangerous as we thought. They were very honest and very professional. There was no charge.

They came as soon as they promised. We have not had the work done yet. I would call them again.
