The customer service person was very helpful over the phone when I mentioned we had two or three locations along our roof line where we saw bees/wasps. We scheduled an appointment with the technician early the following week. Once the technician arrived, we decided to have the entire house sprayed inside and out. The technician was very helpful, answered all our questions, was very thorough in the application of the material. He was also very courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

I had tried to get rid of them my self, but I had to call in the professionals. I gave them a call and they came to my house on time. He sprayed the nest with a freezing agent and removed the nest. He put the nest in a plastic trash bag and put it in his truck. He informed me that they were juveniles and they would only get bigger. He has done this for twenty years and wore no protective clothing. After being stung three times.. I watched him from inside the house.

I called and scheduled an appointment for the following week. I took time off work to be at my house. The best time frame they could give me was 1-5 pm. I was fine with that, but the day of the inspection, I called at 4:30 to see if they were still planning to arrive. I was told they would still show up that day- they worked long after 5:00 he said. No one ever came, called, or followed-up. I understand being late or delayed, but a call would have been nice. I'll give another company my business.

I started out with emailing this company with questions. Amazingly, I had my answers the next morning. I decided to have them come out to spray my sister's apartment for fleas. They were suppose to be there between one and three, and they called at 1:15 and said they would be there in 20 minutes (and they were)! The man who did the work was friendly, courteous, and focused on the job. (He even apologized to the cat because she had to stay outside in a cage)! They have assured me if I have ANY further problems, to call and they will come out and do it again, no charge. It was great to see that good service like this is still around.

Gold Seal called before coming because they were going to be 15 to 20 minutes late. He was polite, efficient and explained things well.

I thought he was very honest with us after the inspection. He said that there was no termites in our crawl space.

I thought I had a small wasp problem but when I called Gold Seal, they knew right away it was a hornet issue. They gave me a price range over the phone and I decided it was worth not getting stung for the 5th time. They were able to come out the next day and called 20 minutes before so I could rush home from work to meet them. Quickly found 3 nests in my back fence and sprayed. He charged me the minimum of $75 then gave me the Angie's List discount and a 30 day warranty. We're 30 days out and still no hornets! It was money well spent.

It went well using their services. This was the first time I used their services. They explained what they were going to be doing well to me when they came out. I was not home when they came out to do the spraying.

I was compelled to use this company because of all of the positive comments that Angie's List had for this company. Compared to other companies, they had a very low price. We had them come back another time. They offer a warranty and we are having them inspect our home on a yearly basis.

I pay them quarterly. I like that they come on a quarterly basis and I do not have to call them. I have not had any issues since I started using their services.

The exterminator was well informed and professional and kind.

They were very punctual and prompt. The quality of work was very good. They finished the job pretty quick. They actually found bats in the attic as well, they took the dead bats and disposed of them. I would recommend this company to others.

The advice has helped some; spiders are just difficult to get rid of.

It was excellent. They are wonderful. They keep their word and they are very business like and professional, but at the same time very personable and friendly.

Great! The employee who cleaned up our (large) barn (bird droppings) did a thorough job. He then screened off the large upper opening and between the barn and attached pole barn so that the birds cannot get in. We are using the bait system for termite control around the house.

The experience was very good. They showed up on time to the appointment and we have a maintenance plan with them so they have kept the termites away.

I like that they used live traps. They caught the mother within hours and they responded quickly to our phone call when we sighted a little one. They worked with my insurance company.

They responded quickly to the call and promptly inspected the attic to determine what type of animal was there. They explained what they found and what the poison would do. I would have liked some follow-up on their end to be certain all the animals were removed and that their point of entry was closed. Overall, they did what they promised, did it promptly and accomplished the desired result. I would recommend them to others.

Overall, it was a very good experience. They got the job done and the price was reasonable. Their workmanship was good and they were cautious and very friendly.

The rep arrived on time and confirmed the problem. We agreed on a treatment plan (Sentricon) which he installed that day. Explained the follow up plan. First follow up scheduled in August. Also got a discount for my Angie's List membership.

They scheduled an appointment for the next day. They did not show the day of the appointment so we called them. They said they were not sure what the hold up was, but they would call back. After another four hours without a call we canceled the appointment. The owner called, Elia Levin, and was very upset to see the bad report about his company. To make up for it, they gave us a free outside treatment. He was very apologetic and upset with his employees. They more than made up for the inconvenience.
