The worker was courteous. They were on time. The work was done efficiently. I would use them again. They did the job quickly. They were easy to get a hold of.

The person from Gold Seal arrived on-time (it was easy to schedule a time) and was personable & professional. He approached the problem systematically and thoroughly.

From start to finish it was very painless. I called and arranged for the initial service. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and offered to bill my landlord and take care of all the paperwork for me. The first visit was also just as pleasant. The employee that arrived was well dressed, in a marked vehicle, he was also very friendly and polite. He visited all 4 units and put the bait out. He gave me all the details and said if I had anymore problems to call back. Approximately 3 weeks later, one of the units was still having a bug problem, so I called them back. Another employee came out, equally as friendly and polite, and he ended up actually spraying the unit that was still having the bug issue. They were always on time (aside from approximately 30 minutes late for the 2nd appointment because the driver was confused with the street address, and they communicated that he was running a little late). I would highly recommend them.

I work night shift & they were very nice about making sure that they came out when I was well rested & not on their schedule. Technician very friendly & "perky."

We still had spiders even after their second spray. They sprayed the second time for free. They said that it was due to the large amount of rain we had gotten.

The first year of service the insect count was dropped down to half. This year I have only seen a couple of bugs that managed to get inside the home.

When I arrived at the house the technician only had a couple of rooms and the exterior left to do. He did not say too much. I assume all is well. Have not seen any bugs.

He said they would gladly come out and remove it for me, but gave me some tips how to remove it to save my money.

My wife and I both heard odd noises coming from our attic (scratching, scurrying, etc.) and weren't sure what we had up there. My wife contacted Gold Seal on a Friday and they had someone out to see us on Saturday. The technician that did the work was Josh. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered any and all questions. My wife originally thought that we may have a raccoon in the attic since the night she heard the noises they were particularly loud. Josh, who as I understand it usually deals with larger pests, did the inspection around the house first, looking for any signs of a raccoon path, then climbed in the attic and immediately informed me that we had mice (due to the trails and pathways in the insulation made by the mice). He said even though he usually deals with larger animals, he always carries mouse poison just in case. Before I had a chance to ask, he explained how the poison worked and assured me that there were no secondary effects if the mouse were to be eaten by another animal (we have three dogs). Before he left, he gave me his personal cell phone number in case we still heard the activity in a couple weeks. That alone made me feel that they honestly wanted to serve their customers and help them out. I would absolutely use this company in the future due to their outstanding professionalism and service.

We had a raccoon in our attic. Gold Seal set a trap and removed the raccoon. The service itself worked fine. However, they seem to have some issues with their billing system and we keep receiving a bill for the removal that we paid long ago. We call and resolve and then get another bill a few months later.

I called Gold Seal Termite and Pest Control co. to find out how to get rid of meadow voles that had taken up residence in the master bedroom wall. The critters had entered thru the brick "weep" holes at ground level, chewed through the Tyvek and built a nest between the sole plate and the 2 X 4 studs. We had to cut out the drywall to get to the nest. I was very willing to have them do it but was given the option of doing it myself therefore saving myself some money. The employee who called me back while on another job, was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what they were and how they got in. He told me exactly what to do, what to purchase and how to catch any remaining ones. Within two hrs., we had captured the one who kept coming in looking for the nest. We watched the area for another two days and found no more. My husband then put screen wiring into these holes to prevent any more coming inside...but we found out two weeks later, that he had missed one small weep hole...we set the trap again and within a couple of hrs, we caught another one. We finished the outside hole again with screen wire. I would highly recommend this company! With the economy in the condition it is, it's nice to be able to take care of a problem yourself...and find a company that is honest and has integrity! But I could NOT have done it without the help of Gold Seal Termite and Pest Control Co. If I ever have ANY pest problems in the future, I will definitely call this company.

It went just great. He came out promptly exactly when he said he would. He treated our house and the fleas went away. The price was very reasonable and I was happy with them.

Company was extremely responsive. They came out the day after I called and completed the work the next day. Everyone was very professional and came at the appointed times. There was no high pressure sale. The salesman indicated that there was past damage but he could not find live termites and it was possible that they had moved on. Although he acknowledged they could return at any time, he did not use it as a scare tactic but more as information. Since I was appalled at the idea of termites and could see damage had been done, I opted to have the system installed and monitored to insure no future problems.

We have a spider problem inside and out... Gold Seal arrived and was so personable and nice, discussed the problems and solutions, and we then decided to just go with a quarterly pest control treatments. After the first treatment, things are looking good.

They were able to work with my schedule. They came on time and the serviceman was very polite and careful with our home. He explained procedures and what I was to do as follow up. Very helpful and professional. I would recommend them to friends.

Company was able to come out in a timely fashion. Estimate was given, work completed quickly; he had us take safety precautions as he did the work. He noticed one area where I might have future problems and advised me on that. Very polite and professional.

When I called about the problem, I mentioned that my husband did not want to use an exterminator and really wanted to do the job himself. The man I talked to was great. He told me that he was more interested in having us be a Gold Seal customer for life rather than for one job and that he would be glad to talk my husband through what he needed to do to fix the problem. My husband called him a couple of days later and he did tell him how to handle the situation. His instructions worked perfectly. I will call them FIRST the next time I need something of this nature. They went above and beyond.

Phil was great. He was reluctant to come out to our residence, citing the expensive cost to homeowners, as opposed to hotels, motels, etc. He was very willing to help me over the phone (at no charge) and told me a list of things to do and not to do. He was patient and helped again the next day when I had more questions. His advice was right on the mark. It was important for me to know that if I sleep in a different room, the bugs will also infest the new room! He gave us great advice on how to treat our bedding, laundry, clean clothes, etc. (Launder on HOT or freeze the items). Told me to rent a wallpaper steamer, take apart the bed and steam every joint in all the furniture in the affected room(s). One of the best hints was to take double-sided carpet tape and encircle the legs of the bed to keep bugs off our bed. We were able to contain them when we found them on a window sill and in the bathtub! They could not bite us, and after a few weeks, died out completely. We are in Phil's debt! Thank you, Gold Seal! You are terrific!

Excellent. Quick to respond. When we had the house taken care of for ants, they came back to re-spray some areas for ants. When we called to have them come back for fleas, they worked with us on the price since we had just had a treatment for ants.

They came out on time and they were very respectful through out the job. After they were done the ants were gone and we have not had any problems since.
