The tech called before coming and arrived during the time span the company had given me. He was polite and very willing to answer my questions. He covered his shoes before walking in the house and explained their product is safe around pets. He worked quietly and efficiently.

They did a good job, satisfied with there service, and the price was good as well.

Jamal Christmas was their exterminator they sent out, he was friendly and professional.

Gold Seal was outstanding. From the beginning they came out and set the traps for us. I was literally calling them on a daily basis to come and reset the trap and remove the raccoon. From the beginning they told us what to expect! Once this process was complete, the building was secured so that no more could get in. Last Thursday they were here for almost 12 hours removing contaminated insulation, disinfecting the building with a chemical and replacing all of the insulation in the attic. This company is incredible! Aside from the courteous office staff that I spoke with daily, we worked very closely with two gentlemen who were both named Josh. Josh T and Josh C were outstanding. I always received a phone call from them when they were on their way. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. I was most impressed with both of these gentlemen! Kudos to both Josh T and Josh C. In this day and age it is very difficult to find a company you can trust, let alone a company that cares about their customers. I called on Monday and Denny was out on Tuesday. He was very helpful and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and how it would affect my home. We have a 2 yr old so he was very specific on the fact she should be out of the house for a certain bit of time. The yellow jackets had built a nest IN my soffits he "powdered" and bombed them in the attic. Very Thorough. Denny is very personable and a great representative for their company. I now feel like "I have a friend in the bug business." Pity Hofmeister's has that slogan locked up.

AJ did a great jo!. He showed up within the time frame and did call first, as I requested, as I do not live at this particular property. He was completely familiar with how to handle the hornet nest, and dug the entire nest out. Fortunately, it was in the ground in front of the foundation, rather than in the crawl space, as I was concerned about. I was worried a bit, as it was a large nest, but he was well-protected and answered me quickly when I called back to assure myself that he was still ok! I didn't want him to be stung and he wasn't. Hallelujah. Problem should be totally resolved and I will restore the area after we are sure that the dust has done its full job. Thanks, Gold Seal and AJ! I will call again if I need you. I used to use another company regularly, as I have rentals, but it was difficult to get in touch with the guy. Mr. Levin had helped me personally with a wasp issue I had a couple of years ago, when I dropped by the shop, sold me the materials to handle the job, and gave me lots of good advice. I have rental properties also, and will definitely call Gold Seal again for my needs.

AJ was very professional. There was minimal damage to our ceiling area. One option was go cut open the ceiling and remove the entire nest, however he did not feel it was necessary to create that much damage to the area and felt confident the nest was dead. He gave us the option to of having them return in 12-14 days if we did experience any further activity. He also checked the exterior of our house and knocked down two dormant nests. He honored our Angie's list coupon, actually deducting more than necessary.

We called this company. They called us back immediatly and Dennis was here within ten minutes. He was very friendly, professional and quick.

We chose them as they had a lot of referrals and the price was also a factor. As far as their service was, they were good and I did not have any problems with them. They came right on time and did what they said they were going to do.

We had a hornets nest in our chimney and a VERY STEEP ROOF! They were careful not to dent our gutters with the ladder, took care to move deck furniture, and safely eliminated the hornets! Very thorough, polite and professional.

Great experience. As others have mentioned, they were extremely helpful over the phone in terms of identifying particular pests we were seeing, what we could do ourselves, etc. Price was a flat rate of $150 for the entire house, regardless of the size, which was great for us considering we have a large house. Other companies charging by sq ft would have been much more. Angie's List coupon gave us 10% off for a total of $135. Exterminator was on-time and very polite. Will use them again in the future.

It was a good experience. Seems to have worked. The service rep was polite and professional.

The Technician, Jamal did an excellent job as usual. We ask for him specifically every year and he is very conscientious and a true professional.

Better than advertised. Was provided a window between 10 & 2, and the technician showed up right at 10 a.m. Very courteous & professional. He explained what he was going to do; he thoroughly treated my privacy fence, which had been infested with carpenter bees for many years. When finished, he reviewed the procedure with me, answered all questions, & advised what to do if bees returned. Also advised what to do to keep them from returning (i.e., paint & seal fence). Note: he did advise that it might take one to two weeks for treatment to take full effect. Not exactly true. They actually were all gone THE VERY NEXT DAY, & haven't returned. I've reclaimed by my backyard again. Very happy with their service, & would definitely use them again.

A+. Great job. Came on time. Treated entire house inside and out. About a week later I noticed a few ants still in the garage. Gold Seal came for a folow-up treatment at no charge. I'll continue to use them on a monthly basis throughout the summer. I'd highly recommend this company.

Excellent over the phone experience!

Spoke over the phone twice about a pest problem we had. Rep was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us good advice as to where to start to help identify the root of the problem.

Everything is fine with them. They send excellent people out to help. They are excellent with public relations as well.

We were grateful that they were able to come over within about 3 hours after we called to remove the raccoon. The employee, Josh, was professional and took care of the mother raccoon within 5 minutes. He then went after the babies and removed them immediately. He then went back into the attic and patched the hole. He also explained how Gold Seal could clean up the mess the raccoon left. We were very impressed by Josh's promptness, professionalism, and calm demeanor. He did a great job.

They were responsive and easy to deal with. They were the answer to my prayers! Price was the best, and they did exactly what was needed. I must say we just did this so I of course have to wait to see the results. I will let you know.

The rep on the phone asked me to describe the problem, why I thought we had termites. When I told him about it, he said that the issues weren't termite related, but sounded more like issues with dampness. He told me what to look for RE termites and he was right, we didn't have any of those problems. I really appreciated the time he took to help determine what the problem was. He even gave me some advice on getting rid of cicada killers nesting in my garden! I've used Goal Seal in the past and will do so in the future.

The worker showed up right on time and asked questions in order to determine what type of pests I had seen. He then told me he was going to spray the downstairs area of the house, the furnace room and the outside of the house. He completed the service in just over 15 minutes and before leaving told me what to expect and to call them back if I saw any of the bugs after about 7 to 10 days.

Phil was very informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions and educated me on what I was dealing with. I did not end up using an exterminator for my issues, but if I ever need to in the future, I will call Gold Seal because they were so kind and professional. I will definitely be recommending them.

He suggested a number of things we could do ourselves that would cut down on the spider population as much or more than spraying. He told me all this before I explained I was calling because I was unhappy with another company's inability to get rid of the spiders. If our efforts are ineffective, or if we decide to spray anyway, we will definitely use this company.
