I called Gold Seal earlier this week and was able to get an appointment today (Friday). Michael Miller came to our house, walked around the inside of the house with me as I explained where we had been finding ants for the past month. He was very professional and thorough. He sprayed inside and outside the house. We have quarterly service set up but he reassured me that, if we still had the ant problem in 4-6 weeks, he would return to spray again. I was very happy with Mike's service.

So far, so good. Haven't seen any ants. Phil was very informative on the phone and obviously passionate about his work. I appreciated his knowledge. They were able to come out quickly and were very friendly.

They did an excellent job. They sprayed the entire house and the basement. The guy who came was Dennis Duckworth, he was very personable and very good at explaining what he did and why he did it. This is my second time to have used them and I would use them in the future.

The experience was fine. They weren't afraid of bees, and I am.

They came out to inspect and my husband was not impressed with their inspection. I was not sure whether it was a termite problem or a winged ant problem. They never got back to me.

They have done service on this house in the past. The guy came to see if there was any more activity and he didn't really find any, but he found old activity where it was causing some destruction in the house. He replaced something outside where you can find out if there is activity and they will end up coming, they check them every few months. We haven't heard anything back and we haven't found anymore active damage. There was one whole entire wall that we had to replace, but we didn't see any activity. He seemed very knowledgeable. He was very professional and very helpful.

Field mice problem. They responded immediately. Set safe (since I have dogs) poison traps and sticky pads in basement, and poison pellets in the crawl spaces. Their technician, Dennis Duckworth was very informative and responsive. Great to deal with him. I believe after 9 days the problem is solved.

I was pleased that they were willing to follow up until the problem was resolved.

They did a good job and were reasonably priced. They did a good job and I will use them again in the future.

They do an excellent job, and I would rate them highly. They are scheduling themselves with my tenant right now and will be doing some work there within the month.

I had an addition made to the house some time ago, and the ants had gotten in to the sand base of the slab that was used. They were coming up through an opening of the concrete. They treated the house, and the property around it. I was very satisfied. I went down and met with them, and they were very forthcoming. I think they took care of it pretty well. They came out to the house and treated it, and they came back a second time to take care of it.

We scheduled an appointment for about a week ago, but the weather kept them away (the Asian beetles spray needs a few hours to dry without rain). Casey was on time and performed the work needed to keep the lady bugs away for next year.

They were prompt and professional. Even went under the house into the crawl space to put mouse poison in all areas. The price is lower than expected because we signed up for quarterly service.

There were still lots of ants seven or eight days later so they came a second time to spray at no additional charge. The ants persisted for another couple of weeks and then disappeared. I'm not sure if the ants disappeared because of the treatment or the cold weather. They were extremely responsive. I was out of town and they came both times when my maid was able to get into the house. They were on a first name basis with our housekeeper and they were easy to work with. It was an excellent experience, but I'm not sure if we got rid of the ants. Right now I don't have any ants. I will talk to them again in the spring if I have a problem.

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt and professional. They were good in price. One trip did it and they informed me if there are any repeated bees to let them know. I also called them late in the day and they were here the next morning.

I left the possum there and I went to work and they came and picked it up. There was no contact with the company only calling for them to come. I would use them again in the future.

They came out and recommended a treatment for the ants. They asked us to peel back the mulch about six inches from the home before they came out and we did. They came out and got the service done. They told us following the servicing that they would come back out if I had any issues.

This company made sure I was satisfied. The representative talked me through my various options and gave me a fair price for each one. The installer was on time and did a good job.

In June 2009, we contacted Gold Seal to get a quote to clean up our crawl space after a family of racoons did some damage. One of their employees came out to the house and looked at the crawl space before giving me an estimate. We never got the estimate. I called the office phone 4-6 times to see if they were going to quote the work. All I got was "we'll get back with you." If they don't want to do the work - that's fine. They came out and were on time. They informed us that we did not have termites and explained how to also take care of mice issues we were having. I think they were very honest.

In the beginning I had a problem with getting my initial call returned. I filed a complaint with Angie's list. Within two days I received a call from the owner of the company, Mr Elia Levin. He explained to me that he was the owner of the company and that he could not afford to have even one dissatisfied customer. He insisted that he would make it right for me. Mr Levin told me that he would take care of the situation. He would do what ever needed to be done to solve my problem with the ants for no charge to me. He said that he would have his service manager contact me within two hours and set up an appointment time to treat my house. The service manager called and scheduled a time to do the work. The service technician, Mr. Mike Miller arrived on time and was clean,neat, and dressed in a company uniform. He was friendly, polite and answered all questions that I had concerning the ant problem. The owner of the company was true to his word and showed me that he truly cared about his customers. Mr Levin went out of his way to make me a happy customer.

Elia, sent out two guys, Josh & Josh who were great. The were polite, clean, efficent, they worked long and hard. It was kind of a nasty job and they were careful throughout it all & did the job well.

The pest control company did a very good job. They were very efficient. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take for the stuff to take effect. They were the second company we had called and they were definitely not the cheapest. The quality of work was good. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

We just bought the house, and we had ants all over the kitchen. I had sprayed before, and they would just come back avoiding the areas I sprayed. I called, and they came out the next day. He was very professional, the whole process took maybe 15 minutes, and I haven't seen an ant since.

When I called this company the lady had me talk to Phil - as he was the expert when it came to my problem. We live in a very wooded lot and have lots and lots of spiders!!! He was upfront and honest with me telling me that spiders are going to come back - and instead of spending $175 with them to spray there were lots of home remedies I could do to help my problem that were more preventative. Phil gave me a ton of information on what I could do around the outside and inside of the house -- he was very knowledgeable in this topic. He let me know if we have less spiders we will most likely get more bugs (since spiders eat the bugs) -- so if our bugs get bad I will definitely use this company to spray. I was very impressed with Phil and appreciated his willingness to help me over the phone.
