They came out immediately when I called them to fix my problem. They come out once a year and can usually even send the same person out each time. It's good to know that the smae people stick with the company. They are very helpful and I have no complaints at all.

We have the entrie perimeter done twice a year and it does very well.

They were not very sensitive to the situation at hand. We had bed bugs. I was telling one of the managers that what we are feeling, and what I have seen. They went into my truck and my truck is infested. I am trying to tell this guy that my truck is infested and he just would not believe me. He wanted me to show him a bug but they are very hard to catch/see. The manager tried to tell me that they would not stay in the vehicle. We have been suffering over here and he was disregarding everything I told him. I wanted to go with the thermal heat to penetrate the cloth in the house and then also have my dog treated. We do not want to spread these bugs anywhere. This guy would just not acknowledge the fact that I had anything in my truck and it really hurt my feelings. They came to my house and told my son "Im sorry but I think your mom is crazy."

We purchased their services on an Angie's List special offer. The experience was great; they resolved our issues and were very responsive. I asked questions about toxicity of the chemicals the technician was using and he was very informative when he answered. Their price was reasonable and I will use them again in the future.

It went very well. This is the second time they have been to my home. The first time was for a BIG DEAL perimeter spray for bugs. They arrived as scheduled; performed the service quickly and efficiently. educated me along the way as to what he was doing; very friendly but professional. Charged me exactly what I expected to be charged. No pressure to spend more for additional services. Offered advice regarding further protecting our home from invaders of the critter type. Advised us to call if we have further issues. In and out! I like that.

Called in on a Saturday afternoon, company told me that someone would call right back, which he did five minutes later, then Josh was here in less than an hour, inspected fireplace & chimney, realized that the raccoon had nested on a flat surface just above the flue, made sure the flue was closed properly to ensure the raccoon could not get down into the fireplace, came back on Monday to install a trap, Josh came back a couple days later and said that the raccoon was gone, then put on a chimney cap to prevent from happening again. The guy who answered the phone initially was great, and Josh is the man! Throughout the whole four or five days, Josh couldn't have done a better job communicating with me what exactly he was going to do. I felt completely comfortable leaving the door unlocked during the day, as I work and couldn't be there when he had to come out. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

On a Saturday morning in October I began to hear a scratching sound in the ceiling between the kitchen and the dining room. It was some kind of animal and it was making a lot of noise and so I checked Angie's List for pest removal. I saw Gold Seal mentioned and I had used them at work but didn't realize they also did pest removal. I called and they happened to have someone that had just finished up a job on my side of town. Within 30 minutes this young man pulled into my driveway. He climbed into the attic and told me there was a bird trapped in the wall. He had tried to catch it, but in an effort to get away the bird fell down to the bottom of the wall and there wasn't enough room to flap his wings so he was stuck and there was no way to pull him out. The last resort was to cut a small hold in the dining room wall. After cutting the hole the bird was clearly visible and he put a box over the hole. The bird climbed out into the box and he was trapped. It turned out to be a woodpecker and we released him in the backyard. I later found where he had pecked a hole in the cedar siding and that's how he got into the attic. At any rate the problem was solved. The charge was $150.00 and they gave me a 10% discount because I had printed an Angie's List coupon. The whole thing took about 45 minutes from the time he arrived. The young man was very pleasant and did a fine job.

They treated my and my parents house. He was very prompt and I think he did a great job. They were very responsive and were able to come by one day after I called them. I will hire them again in the future.

I have been using their services for about five years. Their prices are reasonable. They are punctual are willing to come to my home on Saturday mornings when I am home at a specified time. I happy with their services.

The experience with them was great. It was great because of their timeliness, expertise and friendliness. I didn’t spend anything on the job because the condo association paid for it. I will recommend the others to use them. They got rid of the pests and so the quality of their work was good. I will use their services again in the future.

He determined that we did not have those insects in that area and that we did not require any service. Although he spent significant time inspecting, educating and advising, he did not charge us for the service call. We were already loyal customers, however Gold Seal still exceeded our expectations.

Other than to say that Fred was very good and very professional, the experience was just extremely positive.

He was very accommodating and a very nice person. He came quickly and detected the problem. He gave me his opinion and did a great job. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

His name was Troy. He was very thorough and did a great job. He was on time and professional. It was an overall great experience. He knew that we have animals so he did a good job of getting rid of the mice in a safe way that was humane. He didn't use any poison because we have dogs here. They were very good about working with us on that. We would absolutely use them again.

I bought a contract with them last November, and I think their pricing was reasonable. They were comparable with the other estimates that I received. They were very conscientious about making sure that they did what I wanted them to do and seemed to be pretty prompt when they said they were coming out. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I called Gold Seal for information on bed bugs. The man told me about all of the services they could offer. He even gave me free advice on what I could do to contain the problem myself and it actually worked. I ended up not needing to use their service.

They were in and out very fast and got the job done. Over the phone they told me it was either bees or cicada killers, and it turned out to be cicada killers. There were bees in our backyard and our lawn service hadn’t mowed the yard. Ground bees are pretty hard to get rid of, but it's easy to get rid of cicada killers. They were very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Mike was courteous, very professional, and very easy to talk to. He explained things in great detail. He just seemed to be a really nice person who we wouldn't mind having in the house. We would absolutely use them again.

Overall, my experience with them was good. I liked what they did, but the guy who came out was too chatty; I have got four kids. The price was good; I made use of the all-year triple treatment deal from Angie’s List for $199. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They notified me very promptly and came out to do the service. They answered all of my questions and did the work efficiently. I was very impressed with them and they deserve the top ratings I have given them. We will continue to use them on a monthly basis from now on.

They came out for service, but came back past the guarantee time for an issue and did not. charge me. They were professional.
