They were good coming out but slow coming back to check how they were doing and not so good reporting what they found.

I called the company for some questions and get a price quote. They were professional.

I moved in August 1st and received my first bite at the end of August. When I spoke to the company on the phone, they seemed very responsive and helpful. They explained that they will come to check the bed, because if there is any sign of bed bugs on the bed, they will need to treat the entire apartment. I basically couldn't function normally in my apartment for a month as they had to treat it 3 times in one month to ensure the bed bugs were gone. I had to flip over furniture for them to treat and it was hardly worth it to flip it all back over between treatments. The invoice with the description of the work says that the technician looked in my closet, vanity, etc. This is unnecessary as the manager had told me he should just check the bed and then treat the apartment. The invoice mentioned that he saw Mens clothing and Mens deodorant in my vanity so he really gave himself away. When they turned that invoice in to my apartment complex, the complex gave it to me saying I brought them with me from my old residence; even though, they have had a history of bed bugs at this complex (discovered after this occurrence). The complex then tried to fine me for breaking my lease because it said there were Mens items in my apartment. My boyfriend will come over and stay with me a couple nights a week, if that often, which I don't find inappropriate for a couple living separately. I have tried calling the company back and have left multiple voicemails, but they never return my calls. Due to my life being turned upside down, I feel as though I at least deserve a callback.

They resolved my issue. They were very professional and courteous. They were very thorough with their explainations with what was going on and what they were doing.

The work turned out okay. We have not seen any termites, wasps, or ants.

They came and they sprayed around the exterior of the house. I was not here when he did it. It was fine.

We bought a big deal for $75. Technician (Tom) arranged to come within a week. He sprayed the exterior which was what we had paid in advance for. We also decided to have him do the interior for $25, which was done on the first floor and the basement. He was very considerate of us and our dog. We didn't see any ants this year (but we had a drought), so I don't know if it was due to the effectiveness of the treatment or the lack of water. We would have them come again.

Went great --- very few insects seen -- that treatment and very dry summer helped. Will definitely use them again!

It went excellent. He came out and sprayed for our centipede problem.

It went very well. the men let me know when they were done and I had shown them some wood windows I hoped they would open and they did a few that they could open. I had also shown the main mad a ush button lock so that he could lock up the house. The process went as they said except that the man who gave me the estimate said that people who have this done do return to their homes to sleep and we couldn't.

Gold Seal arrived and performed service on the day that they were scheduled to.

Yes, he came and did the job, and the price is cheap. But the ants keep coming, I don't think his work change anything.ants

It was great!! We had the treatment early in Spring and it is now fall and we have notice much fewer bugs than normal.

I think it worked pretty well. It wasn't as effective on spiders as I had hoped for, but it did help.

They came out, and looked at the problem. They said what I already did was enough, and did not want to charge me, nut I paid them anyways for coming out.

Like I said, they were good, professional, and treatment was effective.

The gentleman came when he said he would, did the job, and was gone in 15 min. There were far fewer ants afterward.
