Presto-X Pest Control

I purchased two treatments through Angies List. Gold Seal sprayed about a month ago. When I had a new sump pump put in, the plumber noticed ants. I called Gold Seal and Paul came out to investigate the next day. He sprayed and no more ants! Thanks Gold Seal and thanks Angies List for putting me in touch with this great company!

I was very pleased with his service. He came to do the preventative pest control outside and we had some ant issues in the kitchen as well. He looked into that and he was able to treat that in the same trip. There was some extra charge, but not very much. As we already had that special deal, he was really reasonable about that add-on and he did not ask me, I asked him about adding on. He left some ant traps with that I loved because they were clear and I could see when the ants were getting into it. These traps are very safe for pets and kids because you can't touch the bait. It really did the trick and I haven't seen any ants. He didn't spray anything on my cabinets and I didn't feel that I got doused with chemicals.

Brian was sure the bait stations inside and outside would take care of the mouse problem. I have to call him to check on them in a week. So far so good!! Thank Heavens!

It went very well. Just wish I had waited a couple days, as now it is half the price.

They were very punctual and they sprayed. I haven't seen any of them since. They did a good job. I wish they wore booties when they came in the house.

very nice and professional. I purchased their 3 treatment deal for $169 on Angies list. They called me immediately to get me scheduled. Also we had an ant problem around our fire place. they sprayed and we haven't had a problem since. My husband had been spraying with some stuff we found at Meijer but just wasn't working. They were mindful of our well, dogs and babies as to make sure we weren't putting anything in danger.

Technician was personable. I didn't think enough time or effort was given to job.

It seems we have a carpenter ant problem, so I called them to see what to do about it. I have talked to Phil before, and he is beyond professional and was extremely professional. He asked questions to assess the situation and gave me advice on how to proceed. He clearly wants to help, whether that means they provide services or not. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

They were thorough and friendly. We will definitely use them again. The price was right too!

Overall, we were pleased with the service. The home office staff were very helpful and the treatments were effective. The only challenge we had was when the technician only wanted to do an exterior treatment. After we called the home office again, the technician was instructed to spray the interior.

From the moment I picked up the phone to call a few places, Gold Seal was awesome. They communicated quickly, efficiently and effectively. They knew what they were doing and knew what we wanted, and that's exactly what they did. They were really good. The man that did the inspection was very nice. They came right out and got the inspection done. He called me the afternoon of the test and emailed my the results.

We were pleased with their work and had no insects inside the house as a reult of their treatment.

We had a recurring problem with black ants. The company's phone staff first advised me about causes of this type of issue, and other things we might be able to do for long-term resolution (removing moisture sources, etc.). But we were eager for help right now, so we asked them to come out. A technician came out and did a very thorough treatment, inside and outside the house (asking for some details first about the layout of the house). He also volunteered that he had been careful to avoid treating around our outdoor potted herb garden and edible plants, which I hadn't even thought of. He said that we might possibly see a recurrence of a few or more ants, and if so they would come out again. A couple days later I saw ONE ant (guess it didn't get the memo) and have not seen any since. We were very happy with the service and the continued results.

Service person seemed very professional, seeing things that I had not noticed. He was at the house 15 to 30 minutes and seemed to do a thorough job. The results seemed to be pretty good. The previous year we had quite a few ants, spiders and the like in the house. Last year was a lot better after the treatment.

Purchased an Angie's List deal for $299.00 Called the company and they scheduled a guy out. This gentleman arrived on time and was very polite. He pointed out that my Deal was for "preventative" treatment and he could certainly do that but it really wasn't a 'preventative' situation (as we already had termites). So,he assessed the situation, gave me a quote for treating the entire foundation, discounted the amount we paid for the "Big Deal" and the balance was very reasonable. We scheduled the work done and he arrived on schedule, completed the work very quickly and professionally, and left. We have had no problems since. (yet). It's been 9 months since we had the treatment. I'm waiting to see what happens this spring (when we would typically get swarmers). I would use Gold Seal again as I felt that I was treated fairly, and professionally. Thank you, Gold Seal.

Gold Seal Termite and Pest Control is knowledgable, professional and reliable. The initial service did not eliminate the problem. The small pesty spring time ants that love the kitchen. I called and discussed our options. They scheduled another appointment and laid down another treatment. They encountered rainy conditions and had to reschedule, but they kept me informed every step of the way. There was no additional charge. They also made other suggestions that counter conditions that would be more favorable to the ants. We will use them again.

They showed up and did the application. They answered all questions that I had, explained everything, and we feel the application helped. We asked them about some flying bugs we had. They told us they only treat those in the fall, so I asked them to call us at that time, but they never did.

Gold Seal always does a great job, this was no exception. Gave us tips ahead of time on how to prepare and scheduled us as quickly as they could. The tech is the same one we always have and is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!
