It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine. I actually asked them to come back one more time because I still had ant problem and they came back with no charge and no questions asked.

I purchased a big deal for this company. They did a great job. They were prompt, they did a good job.

was not home when treated.appontment was not keep at 4pm as agreed on due to call from co saying they would be about one hour late due to a job in fort wayne in.

Having used pest control in the past to get rid of ants in our 95 year old house, I was skeptical that a single treatment would eliminate our issues. Within just a few days after having the treatment, we were no longer seeing any ants in the house. I would highly recommend this service.

They have done one treatment so far and it seems to be working great.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went excellently. It was pretty professional and effective so far. It was a good price. They got rid of the pests.

They were responsive & knowledgable. Very willing to work with my schedule. I continued to see some bees several weeks after the spraying, so they returned to do a second spray free of charge.

It went very well. We didn't have any ant problems after the treatment. I have used this provider prior to this treatment and will not hesitate to use them again.

They responded promptly to purchase of the "special deal" we bought through Angie's list. Came on time,went around the house with us to determine what we wanted and where any problem spots were. Were professional and answered our questions about this service and other concerns regarding the services offered by this company. The ants did come back in one spot a few days later but we waited a few days and they went away and have not returned so we are satisified.

I was told I had an insect infestation in my crawlspace by the water irrigation guy who had to get down there to turn the water off. I haven't had any problems with my crawlspace up until he told me that. I haven't seen any insects in the house or anything like that. So I got on top of it right away. So I looked up Gold Seal through Angies' List and they had a good rating already so I called them. They responded within 24 hours, they were at my house. I was very impressed by that in fact I called like a 2 o clock hour in the afternoon on one day and then the person who answered said, "I'll try and have someone out there yet this afternoon. But otherwise it will be tomorrow." It was 8:30 the next morning, and I considered that extremely prompt. The gentleman who came was very professional, very friendly and after it was all over I said, "Well this guy knows what he was doing." He got down in my crawlspace and he immediately came up and said, "You have citronella ants," and he even had one between his fingers and he said, "Sniff, hey smell like citronella. You can even smell it down here." So I asked, "So what will we do about that?" and he said, "Oh I'll just spray and it'll be OK." He did that and he sprayed adequately as I could tell that the ants were gone and he didn't have to spend a long time. So he came out and said, "That should take care of it. I don't think I'll even have to come back. But if i have to just feel free to call us again." So I said, "How much do I owe you?" and he said, "This is free." Which I considered very smart because if I needed an extermination of anything I would call them again. So it was clean, professional and timely.

Everything was fine. The technician came out, evaluated the problem, and put out bait. He answered all my questions. The only problem was that they didn't post my check, even thought it was cashed, so they ended up calling because they thought my account was delinquent. They didn't give me a hard time, and fixed that when I explained it to them.

The entire experience with Gold Seal (except for the bats) has been excellent. The intitial call was proffesional, polite and helpful. The appointment to determine the cost was on time, professional, and helpful. There was no effort to sell me anything other than what I asked for. The quote was fair and less than expected. The person giving the quote (Josh) was great. We will be getting the service performed soon. Additionally, I just signed up for the annual pest control service through Angies List.

I bought the big deal for Gold Seal Termite & Pest Control Co. It didn't cost me more than the big deal. My only disappointment is that a part of the reason I had it done is I had been encouraged by family to get pest control out because they could have a long wand that I could get under my deck which is a part of where the problem is. They didn't seem to have the capability to get under the deck. I would not use them in the future because they can't seem to do what I would like them to do.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well, it was effective at doing what we wanted to have happened. We just got the basic service, we bought what was offered. The treatment was effective. It didn't take long for them to get out here.

We had this service done last year and this year again due to a swarm of ants in our garage. Both tech's were on time and great to deal with. They educated us on the process and were very concerned about our health and our Son's health. I had no concern about when we could enter the garage again and understood all the health risks of the treatment which was important due to having a 9 month old at home. No more ants!

I did not pay any additional cost. I would give them top marks across the board.

I have not seen an ant since the last time they were here. I was having an ant problem, but I did think the price was expensive.

We had ants for a long time after they sprayed. They told us it would take a long time for the ants to disappear. It has been about three or four weeks and we have not seen any ants. They were good and adequate. They came out when they said they would and seemed pretty professional. He explained what was going on. He told us about the different ants and where to find them.

Should this company wish to rectify their unprofessionalism I will be glad to post a revised review.

Great after I talked to the owner and he cleared up the confusion with spiders.
