They told me I did not need to be at home since this was for the outside of the house only. I had fewer ants during the Summer of 2012 and again this Summer 2013 even though I did not have them come out this year to spray.

They asked for my phone throughout the Angie's List interface, but didn't call back for two weeks. When I called them, they responded promptly, and showed up when they said they would. All contacts were polite, just lagging.

My neighbor informed me that I had a very large hornet's nest in my tree in the backyard that I could not see from the house or most of the back yard. I obtained info on Gold Seal through Angie's List. They could not come before Labor Day but did come first thing on the morning after Labor day. The process was fast and efficient. I will use them again.

The first service was great. I had an ant problem and after about a week they were gone. The technicians are always prompt and friendly. I didn't realize that they only spray the inside on the first service unless you specifically ask them to spray "certain areas where you are experiencing problems." I moved into a house that was vacant for awhile and I think it could use a thorough spraying on the inside more than just once. Also, I had to call them for the follow-up appointment when I was told by the first technician that they would call me to do the scheduling. All in all it was way cheaper than every other place I had called and it did the job. When I start seeing pests again I know that it's getting close to my next spraying.

This the 2nd angies list big deal I have purchased for this same company. They are always polite, prompt and professional. I have them spray inside and outside the home 3 times per year to prevent insects and pests. It works.

The technician called ahead of arrival as promised. Once he arrived, he immediately sprayed around the exterior of the house and then sprayed in certain areas around the inside--paying particular attention to the basement. I asked if he would look at my mini barn to see if there were signs of termites. He also sprayed around the barn after determining there were carpenter ants, and thankfully, no termites.

The tech seemed knowledgeable and treated specific areas where I was having the problem. He knew the safety of my pet around the products he used was of concern to me... He went out of his way to reassure me in that department. I was very pleased and would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great. I purchased the deal and they got the call the next day, it was like almost immediately. He told me exactly what he was going to do. After he finished, he let me know that if I see any insects further, I should call them so that they’ll come out and take care of it. I haven’t had any issues with them.

It went very well. I used Gold Seal for many years and then opted for another company (against my better judgment) and now have returned to Gold Seal. From the very first time I spoke with them, their customer service shined. The only issue I had occurred when I requested follow-up and I was told someone would call me back that day and I did not hear from them. I called back the next day and they could not have been more apologetic for the oversight. They did some follow-up work right away. I would strongly recommend them

I called them that afternoon, and they scheduled someone to come out the following morning (Saturday). I asked if I needed to be there, and she said yes, someone needs to be there to pay. I asked if I could pay over the phone and she said yes - she even gave me the Angie's List discount. Shawn came promptly and was very nicely dressed. We looked at the nest, he put some foam and powder and they were gone! I was impressed with how promptly they scheduled me and took care of me so quickly - even on a weekend!

put treatment down for ants and spiders, I don't think he went all the way around the house completely but did dump a bunch of products on specific areas I pointed out.

I was very pleased. He seemed to do a very thorough job. He even sprayed the bushes and flower beds.

We purchased a big deal for the service. The ant treatment that they did worked wonderfully, they were here in a timely fashion, and they were professional.They did an excellent job spraying for ants, I don't have any problems on my deck anymore, and I was very pleased with their work.

They were able to set appointment quite quickly. They were very professional. They were understanding of my concerns about chemicals in the kitchen, no more ants!!!

My experience overall has want very well. They are great to work with. The staff is very professional and friednly. The pricing is reasonable. They offer to come out for free if the pests come back within 30 days. I would highly recommend them to others.
