The soil was treated and within a matter of days, the ants disappeared and we had not further problems. My complaint is that I paid for a Tri-Annual program and I have yet to have anyone come back for a follow-up treatment. or call to see if they need to come back..

Gold Seal did what they ageed to do in the special deal. I was disappointed when another special deal came out to do the same work for $39.00. Hard to get to upset when I got what I paid for. I just was surprised at the second opportunity.

I was not home at the time of the pest treatment, I was told I didn't have to be that they would come out while I was at work. i was pleased with this because I wasn't sure when I could take off work to have this completed. They were very nice over the phone and left a summary of the treatment they did while I was at work. I would use them again in the future.

We had an infestation and they had to treat it twice. Exterminator thought the ants had nested in the ground under the crawl space and treated inside and out. The ants seem to like to get inside our inside doors.

Provider arrived on time. He was a very respectful and courteous. He was VERY thorough in spraying the outside perimeter of the house. He then offer to do the inside. Since the insider additional charge was reasonable, I agreed. He was very thorough inside as well. He sprayed all base boards throughout the house. Where needed, he evened move my stuff and small furniture. Finally, the solution did not have much of a bad smell, so the house did not smell nasty afterwards. I plan on using these folks going forward. They were thorough and did a good job.

I was not home when it happened. I had hoped they would call me because I work 10 mins away (I did request that). The tech did leave good notes of what to avoid.

Went well. Took care of the problem. Good customer service and comparable to others in price. Also, signed up for annual treatment.

We purchased a Big Deal for exterior pest control service. They were able to schedule service when we were home, and were professional and friendly. They also gave us tips about a large number of bugs we happened to notice that morning, which was very helpful. It's been a couple of weeks, and the number of spiders and bugs around our doorway have noticably decreased, so we are happy with their service.

They were last here at the beginning of October and I spent about $159 for their 3 total contracted visits. After their initial visit I really didn't have any problems. The ants were an interior problem and they treated the interior and exterior on their first, last and middle visit.

Josh came out to look at a rodent problem where they entered my chimney chase and built a nest etc. He readily identified the droppings as squirrel and chipmunk then promptly found the entry point hidden behind the j-channels in siding where chase meets house. Also gave excellent tips on process to prevent re-entry. The rodents are gone for good. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Josh, he's honest and knowledgeable.

Gold Seal Pest Control's services were advertised by Angie's List as a special and I purchased the service before we moved into our home. They were very accommodating and let me postpone the application until after our move in date. I originally set an appointment for a week prior to their visit, but the schedule got mixed up and they did not come. They were so apologetic and offered three treatments instead of the two visits. They did a great job when they came out and I am happy with their service.

The guy came out and told me that he was here and was going to spray. He did exactly what he said and sprayed everywhere even around the top part of the porch that comes to the house. I didn't think he would actually spray up there, I just thought he'd do it along the ground. It worked great. This house has, for some reason, lots of spiders and lots of centipedes, and we only had like two of those all winter last year, and we had very few spiders. The spray that they put down was great. There were no additional charges.

He was fine and I liked it. I think it was a fair price.

I have just moved here recently from Chicago. I discoverd that there are moles [ yuck ! ] in my lawn and garden. I called Gold Seal and explained the issue , they were great ! They came out in a few days. Josh introduced himself and was very friendly, professional and very informative .He explained everything he was doing and why. Went fine, The visit was scheduled for between 10:30 a.m. and noon. The technician arrived at 10:30 promptly, calling ahead to say he was on his way. He also helped me remove a dead rabbit that I had found on my sidewalk that morning and shovel into a trash bag for removal. (He said he could not remove it but the city would if I called them).

I was really impressed by their knowledge on the situation and he explained everything very well to me. He forgot to come out one time, but I called him and he came out right away. They are very professional.

I believe it was fine. My husband handled it. They did a fine job and took care of what the problem was. The Big Deal was for $75, and we paid extra for the bees. Everything was good.

The pest control man was on time and very thorough. He answered all my questions told me stuff about the bugs and where they like to hide. He sat some traps out and sprayed the back yard. He came back in a couple weeks to check the traps and told us what to do with the pests. While outside he even got a vole out of the swimming pool! Ha

I purchased a 3-treatment program Big Deal. The first treatment was not particularly effective, but the provider was accommodating in scheduling in a follow up. No issues with the other treatments.

Service was provided in a timely manner and in a very professional manner. Service provider both explained and showed me what he did in a polite and understandable manner.

It went really well. We have not had any ant problems since they sprayed.

I have a quarterly service agreement with them for $88 a visit. They are always on time and must be doing a very good job because I have had no pests for several years. No ants, no beetles, very satisfactory job. They do the outside only, but on reques they will check my mouse-trap boxes that they installed some time ago. This summer I had a visiting grandson and great granddaughter who played in the yard a lot, No mosquitos at all.
