It was fantastic. They did a great job.

They got rid of the ants. We had paid for a year contract with Alterra and they did not get rid of anything. They were expensive and the were horrible. We called Gold Seal...one treatment and they have been gone for a year. I am getting ready to schedule an appointment with them for 3/2016.

They were on time and did a good job. My only suggestion would be to ensure you ask if they need to come inside. The first time they came out I was not aware they would need to come in; I had never had pest control done before and didn't realize they would need to come inside. Also make sure you ask about pets if you have them. Although I probably should have known to ask those 2 questions, I feel they could probably have made sure I knew that.

They had to come back and do it twice. First time, it didn't work. There was no additional cost. I'd give them a B overall because it didn't work.

He was very helpful and knew just what to do. The ants were gone with in 48 hours. Not a sign of ants in 9 months.

He did the outside and inside of home.

he was polite, curteous and professional. He did not apply chemicals to where I had already tried to kill the ants. He said application should sole problem but to call if it did not.

I have a rental and the tenants were complaining bugs were entering the home. They spray for bugs but unfortunately the treatment does not work on flying insects. The tenant called back and they advised me the treatment was only for crawling bugs and could take up to two weeks to work. I wish they had told me this from the start;

It was rocky in the beginning but they are a great company and stuck to their word. All and all I would refer them and use them again.

Wonderful customer service. The first treatment did not take care of the problem. I contacted them within the 30 day guarantee & they sent out another specialist. They problem was resolved. Thank you!

The gentleman showed up in a compact car with just a spray can in hand so I was surprised. But he got an extender pole from the car and removed all wasp nets up by our roof of a 2-story home. Ants and wasps were gone, so problem was resolved.

I still have bugs. He was very nice, but there are still a lot of bugs all over outside. Maybe, they should have put down more, but I have no idea about this. I thought the price was good. The quality of the service could have been better. Their responsiveness was very good. He came when he said he was. His professionalism was very nice. I will use them again in the future, but I will probably call back the next time.

Not a lot to say....the technician came out sprayed the outside perimeter then met with me and explained what he did and left.

I was very pleasantly surprised. There is a wood pile out back and he suggested that I leave it there. That way, if termites are around, they will be more apt to go to the wood pile rather than my house.

It worked at the beginning, but the ants came back after couple of weeks.

I called them worried and they were able to help me out over the phone and explain to me what they were and that they couldn't because termites due to the time of year. She not only saved me a lot of money but educated me on what bugs I was dealing with. I was very happy with the service. They later came out for a yellow jacket problem and handed it wonderfully! I am very happy with the service.

Everything went great. We had been seeing some bugs outside and they have been eliminated.

It went terrible. The guy arrived on the date and at the time like he said that he would, but he treated everything in less than 10 minutes. He told me to give it a few days. He said if I saw anything to call them back and they would treat it for me free of charge. The next day I started seeing ants in the kitchen, but I gave it a few days like the gentleman had instructed me to do. I called the company back the next week and spoke to a manager I believe. He said that they would not come back out because I didn't purchase a warranty, but he told me that he would make an exception. He told me that since we were having so much rain that he would call me as soon as the rain let up to retreat the house. Well to make a long story short, I never received another call from them. I have a company who treats the house now. But, for those of you considering a one time treatment, this is a waste of money!

The representative showed up on time and took care of the service promptly. He did attempt to sign us up for ongoing additional services but did not pressure us to do so. It eliminated the ant problem, at least for that year!

I contacted them via their website contact site on 8/2/2015. It is now 8/5/15 and no contact. I gave them my email and phone number. No contact. I will look for someone who is more responsive.

Our house was under attack from ants, so we setup an appointment with Gold Seal and since that time we've no issues. We know the ants will be back, as they are every year, but we'll make sure Gold Seal is back too to keep them out.

We had a problem with yellow jackets (thought they were bees, but the tech corrected us), which were entering the back of our home on the top of the 2nd story, next to the bathroom. We actually heard noises from behind the wall and noticed the yellow jackets flying in and out from the bathroom window. Their tech administered a powder and estimated it might take up to a week for the entire hive to share the powder and die out, but we didn't see any more flying in and out as soon as the next day. There have been two dead yellow jackets in our bathroom in the days after (which he said also might happen), but other than that, we haven't seen or heard anything. Great customer service and very prompt next day service, and while we're clueless as to how much these services usually cost, it was nice to buy an advanced service at $165 ($175 + $10 off with Angie's List coupon). Hope to never have to use them again, but if we do, we won't hesitate to call.

They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what they were using and why. Highly recommend them.
