They were professional and the spiders disappeared. That's all that mattered to me, so job well done!

i have no complaints whatsoever. they worked with me on the time, came out multiple times to reset bait stations, and were very responsive to my email inquiries. i have since recommended them to other family/friends.

I called them again for a more recent visit because they are good.

They have been very good, and I used them twice. They were prompt, reasonably priced, efficient, and I have not seen any ants inside the house. They were all along the same price.

I called to schedule an appointment to have our home inspected for termites -- they were quick to respond and get us scheduled and the person who assisted in that was friendly. The inspector showed up on time, however, he spent less than 15 minutes at our home and barely looked around. He told us we didn't have a termite problem and that it wasn't even the right season for termites to be present . The inspection was so quick and he only looked at a portion of the exterior of our home, that I felt it wasn't thorough enough to make a decision on if we really had an issue or not. The man was friendly, I just wish more time would have been spent actually inspecting our home.

Every once in a while I have a visitor though. The guy did a couple of stupid things like once he jumped off my roof and I mentioned that to the office person and she said she would speak with him. There were a couple of hiccups but they made it right. The front desk person was wonderful. They did want to make everything right.

This time Midwest Wildlife, instead of poisoning the moles, set traps. The company personnel returned 1-2 times to check traps, but traps remained in place on the four properties throughout October and November. After repeated calls to Gold Seal with no response from Midwest Wiildlife, I asked that traps be removed and monies refunded. I would like to emphasize that Brandy, the scheduling person at Gold Seal, contacted Midwest Wildfile several times for us (we four neighbors) in October and November; she also was told several times that workers would be out to remove traps, but nothing was done. Midwest Wildlife has consistently ignored requests for refund of monies . Finally I called Gold Seal on 12/8/14 and told Brandy that I would be submitting a review to Angies' List which detailed the lack of service by Midwest Wildlife. On the morning of 12/9/14, Midwest Wildlife came to remove traps,and placed poison in runs. Their employee, Josh, said that he would return on 3-4 weeks to again assess for presence of moles. I would suggest in the future that anyone dealing with Gold Seal for mole removal specify to Brandy that ONLY Josh perfornm the work. Both Heather and Travis have consistently lied to both Gold Seal and myself.

After looking on Angie's List for a company to address an ant problem we had, we went with Gold Seal. There was a coupon through Angie's list for it (sorry I don't remember the amt. we paid). We were having a lot of small ants coming into the house so they sprayed the exterior, crawl space, garage, and around base boards throughout the house. Their policy provided follow up treatments as needed which we did once. The chemical they used also worked on spiders, etc. and was pet friendly (although we had to keep our dogs away until the chemical dried). The gentleman was there promptly, calling when he was on his way. I would recommend them and use them again.

Phil was incredibly helpful. When we initially spoke on the phone, he shared lots of valuable tips - more than just describing what specific insects/bugs look like. When we found a different bug a few days later, he scheduled a convenient time for us to come check it out. All in all, he was responsive and professional, and never made us feel uncomfortable asking for help. He said that's what he was there for!

We had no insect problems this year. Either we got lucky, or the provider did a good job. Last year, we had an on going battle with insects in our kitchen and around our patio. The provider was very professional in all the aspects of a home owner - service provider relationship. I was particularly pleased that they did not attempt to up-sell me into a big contract for pest control. I will contact them again next spring, or sooner if the need arises.

They came out and did the job, but I wouldn’t recommend them. There were still ants in the house after they did the treatment.

This service was provided promptly as promised. They seemed to be thorough in their work.

Called Gold Seal on Monday as I found suspect wood beams in the roof that looked to have some possible insect damage. Appointment was made for Thursday. Mark came by and looked over the roof area and provided good information about the type of insects that can cause wood damage and confirmed that there was no insect damage in the roof as the suspect beams were most likely that way on contruction or caused by water damage in the past. No charge for the appointment or inspection.

There seems to be no problem. We used them for our main house and some of our rental properties. They did a good job. They went out and scheduled an appointment. They were there on time. I feel the price was a little high.

He was respectful and informative. We also got good results.

The company has never called or emailed me to let me know how the measuring went. I don't know exactly how they would work up an estimate without actually seeing the inside of the house and the crawlspace but I'm not the professional. I won't contact them again because they were supposed to contact me so I will be having other companies give me estimates.

I gave them a B for responsiveness and punctuality because I had expected them the day before and no one came, even though I called when no one showed up. The next day I emailed and called again asking about when and I was given the same time frame as the day before. This time someone did make it. He explained what I had, what he was going to do and what I should expect as well as how long I should watch for the bees to be gone. Also if they weren't gone to call and he would come out again. He took care of my problem in a very professional manner. Definitely would use them again.

Stoped the little critters in their tracks, nothing moving anywhere. Package includes three additional treatments (seasonally).

Gold Seal scheduled an appointment to treat our house and arrived on time. I asked them not to treat indoors, and they respected that decision. The ants returned in a week. Maybe due to wet weather, but Gold Seal was more than happy to return and treat again. We still had a few ants, so Gold Seal returned a third time at no extra charge to treat and did it with a SMILE! They were always courteous and professional. Not only would I use them again, Gold Seal is the FIRST company I call and recommend!

They were able to confirm that it was not poisonous and posed no threat to us. We would definitely use Gold Seal in the future for pest control needs.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They arrived when they said they would and performed the service. The work was good. It did what it was supposed to do and kept the bugs out of the house. I did not spend more.

I was made to understand that treatment attracts the insects and then kills them. No doubt it attracted all the spiders in the property and from the neibourhood but did not kill any spiders with the result that we cannot walk outside getting without spider bites. Apparently there is only a 30 days warranty which I was not made to to understand....may be it is there in small letters in their terms. I am told normally it would take more than 30 days to attract the spiders and kill them, then what is the meaning of the warranty. The supervisor I spoke with was insisting that any problems after 30 days is not their responsibility. I had been using a different pest control company for years, but decided to try Gold Seal because of the AngiesList promotion. I will never use them agian.

I wish these reminders would go away...
