Description of Work: They came out and properly identify our bug problem and told us that we only had to go to the hardware store and buy some bug spray. The man on the phone and the service man who came to our house were very kind to my wife.

He was quite informative and patient in walking me through the process to rid our home of the pests. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to immediately slap a big ticket price estimate for their service, but wanted to try some alternative products as the first step. He helped put me at ease with addressing this issue - which I very much needed! He said that I could call at any time, besides 3:00 a.m., if I had further questions. Great customer service!

Description of Work: We called because we saw some bugs that we thought might be termites. The person over the phone helped us to determine that they were not termites, and saved us from paying for an on-site visit.

Description of Work: I thought we had termites because I saw sawdust. They came out the next day and said it was not termites but carpenter ants. There was no charge. He said they could spray for them but it would be $175.00 and he believed we could spray ourselves. I did appreciate that.

Description of Work: I called thinking that I would need immediate attention to some carpenter ants in a front porch column. I was told that since the wet wood conditions had been taken care of, the ants would go away on their own, and extermination was not necessary. I appreciated the fact that I was saved the expense of a trip; they could have gone through the motions anyway.

Description of Work: THEY EXTERMINATED FOR MINOR BUGS IN THE HOUSE LAST FALL. WE JUST FOUND OUT, BY USING ANOTHER COMPANY, THAT THEY MISSED ACTIVE TERMITES. THE TERMITES WE HAVE WERE THERE 4-5 YEARS, SO GOLD SEAL MISSED THEM. THEY ALSO DO NOT FOLLOW-UP ON SERVICE WHEN YOU SIGN A QUARTERLY CONTRACT.

Description of Work: THEY DIDN''T SHOW UP FOR THE APPT (SATURDAY) OR CALL TO CANCEL. CALLED MONDAY TO SAY THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WAS SICK AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY. I DECLINED.
