Description of Work: I purchased the 3 treatment deal. I easily scheduled the first treatment and they applied it promptly.

Description of Work: Last summer we took advantage of the Angie "deal" because we had been getting the small brown ants coming in the back area, and black ants from the front of the house. I can't remember the exact date or the amount at this time. Did not watch the treatment being done, but the service man says he sprayed all around the house. Took care of most of the ants, but we still had some ants coming in, so we used the "Raid" solution on them.

Description of Work: I have been using Gold Seal for 2 years now and have not been disappointed once. They always come out within a day of me calling for service. The service technician is professional and friendly. I will continue to use Gold Seal and recommend them to anyone who asks if I know a good exterminator.

Description of Work: I called Gold Seal and had an experience exactly like those described in other reviews. Phil was courteous, helpful, and professional, giving me information over the phone so that I could resolve the problem myself. The service I received just as a potential customer speaking to them over the phone was outstanding, and I would definitely call them again if I ever have another problem in the future.

Description of Work: Appointment was set but due to weather, the technician called to suggest we reschedule rather than put down the treatment and have it washed away by rain. I appreciated that very much. A date was set and the service was performed as requested. Very satisfactory job.

Description of Work: I had purchased a Big Deal with them for $89. They were mailing me mailings every six weeks. I had originally thought that the mailings werer just solicits for more business. I opened one of the mailings today and found out that they sent me a bill for $179.03. They had double billed me. When I called and spoke with a representative she said I would have to speak with the man who had come to do the work. I asked her how long the work was guaranteed for. She had told me they guarantee the work for 30 days. The woman was pleasant, but she was not helpful at the time to get my problem solved right away.

Description of Work: WOW.... totally impressed!! Just called them to deal with a small gnat/flying bug problem and the man i spoke with siad hold on let me just let you talk to Phil, as you may not need us to come out! I was blown away with that alone... who give you advice for FREE over teh phone anymore! So I spoke with Phil and sure enough he told me what to do to take care of them AND why they were coming in! Will DEFINTATLY call them in the future if having any bug/pest issues! Thanks GUYS!

Description of Work: They came to the house and informed us that the bugs we were having were carpet beetles. All we had to do was to go to a hardware store and buy an spray that killed carpet beetles.
