Description of Work: Gold Seal scheduled the appointment quickly. They were here on time and did a nice job. Gold Seal personnel were very nice and professional on the phone and on the job.

Description of Work: They treated both the interior and exterior of my house for ants. We have had a problem with ants for 3 years. Within 24 hours of treating the house, I have not seen any ants in or within 3 feet of my house! I love Gold Seal!

Description of Work: Very good explanation of the ant situation in my house. Explained what he was putting down in and around the house. I can usually ignore some sugar ants but what I had was too much. He also listened to my concerns about the grandchildren in the house. Nice man.

Our second treatment is this week and we just started noticing bugs, so the service has worked well in between visits. We would purchase an annual service from Gold Seal again.

Description of Work: I spoke with Gold Seal on the phone to discuss my carpenter ant problem, decided to purchase the Big Deal and then scheduled Gold Seal's services. The serviceman was prompt, professional and talked to me about the ants' habits. He sprayed the exterior of my house and in the garage for carpenter ants. His spraying took care of the problem. My neighbor saw his car and asked him about a problem she was having with stink bugs and he took a few minutes to answer her questions.

But other than that, the treatment was very effective and the appointment moved promptly.
