Description of Work: Estimate only, very professional and gave honest assessment, was not pushy. Thought we had a termine problem but inspection proved we didn't. If/when I need to engage a company to do work I will call them first.

Description of Work: They successfully eliminated all of our fleas. We had a terrible problem and it happened so fast! Fleas are terrible! They only had to come out twice, but after that we didn't see another flea! Also, the chemical they used did not leave a bad smell. We just had to be out of the house for a couple of hours after each treatment.

Description of Work: They came out and sprayed around the exterior of the house/windows and applied granules to the yard. I feel for the price that it was ok but not a great deal. I could have done this myself and probably should have. Nothing was really wrong, I just feel that it was a little high for the application.

Description of Work: I bought a deal of the day for home pest control. They arrived as promised and were respectful very cooperative in making sure we were happy with the treatment.

Description of Work: They performed a preventive interior & exterior pest treatment. The service technician was professional and courteous. We will use them again. We also recommend them.

Description of Work: I called with concerns about bringing bed bugs back with us from vacation. Phil was extremely helpful and really took the time to answer my questions and to tell me what to do at home before going to the expense of bringing them out. I couldn't have been more pleased. We will absolutely use them if we can't get rid of them on our own.

Description of Work: One morning I woke up to my back patio covered in ants so I thought it would be a good idea to have a professional come out to eradicate the problem and make sure the issue wasn't worse than I could see. So, I purchased a Big Deal for $89. They scheduled the work right away and the guy who came out was very knowledgeable and professional. The next morning, the ants were gone and there was some bug belly up on the back porch so whatever they use, it is effective. I will use them again in the future.
