Description of Work: a representative came to our home, inspected the exterior, saw no problems regarding bees which I thought might cause the woodpecker problem we have, explained other avenues we might take to rid our wall of woodpecker holes. I was very impressed with his information.

Description of Work: Purchased Angie's Deal for exterior treatment for ants. Four days later had a massive invasion of ants in kitchen and garage. | |Gold Seal did return the following week to spray inside home for an additional $89. This did resolve problem, but I would have appreciated being informed that external only would drive ants inside or offer to add inside treatment at time of the external treatment.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal through Angie's list for pest treatment. After purchasing I called to set up an appointment with Phil. Phil was helpful in explaining things to me and set the appointment up for the following Tuesday. No one showed up on Tuesday and no one called to say why. I called back a few days later and Phil didn't know what happened but did apologize and set me up for later in the week. The day of the appointment received a call from the technician who said due to the rain we had yesterday and my proximity to the reservoir they would only be able to put granuals down and couldn't spray the exterior for bugs and if I still wanted the spray they would reschedule me. I said I would like the spray so they said no problem we will have someone call and reschedule me. Two weeks went by and no one had called to reschedule so I had to call back again and figure out the problem. I spoke with Sarah and she apologized and scheduled me. Once the tech came out, he was very professional and thorough and the treatment seems to be effective thus far. |I expected better responsiveness and punctuality from such a highly rated Angie's List Company and was disappointed with my overall service.
