Presto-X Pest Control

Everything is great. this is the second time they've provided us with services, and once for my parents. They are very reliable.

Treated perimeter quite well. Internal inspection confirmed what we were doing for pest control was working! Gold Seal rep was very informative and looked in every room, cabinets etc. Will have them back again to clear wasp/hornet/bee nests which is annual problem. Pleased that they are an Angieslist business.

It went very well. They are very professional and courteous. They listened to may concerns and treated all of the areas where I had seen insects. I have indoor cats, and they assured me the solution they used would not bother them, and they were correct, they suffered no after effects. I saw no ants or spider inside my home after they sprayed. They have given me peace of mind. I would definately use them again

I purchased the deal on Angie's List online, and received a note from the provider to call to schedule. I called to schedule and they were able to come the next day. The person who came to the house was very professional and on time. He sprayed the full outside, and spot sprayed in the kitchen and dining room area. He was pleasant and explained what he was doing to treat the home. We were very pleased and would certainly use Gold Seal again if needed.

Gold Star inspected the home for termites and other pests and did an outstanding job. The service was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone whether it be for refinance, pest inspection or along that line.

They did a good job. The next day the ants were gone and none have shown up since.

I have been using the company since 2008. I like the familiarity with the company. The technicians do a fine job. I have had no issues with scheduling. They just come out automatically.

The service went great. The service seemed to take care of an ant problem we were having. The technician was very helpful and did a good job. There was also a wasp nest we found that they took care of for free. My wife mainly worked with the technician. I had no problem scheduling the service.

It was hard scheduling because they are dependent on the weather. When we were finally able to get it scheduled, it worked out fine. I haven't seen any spiders since they came out.

It turned out OK initially. Their solution was to bait the ants. Scheduling worked out fine.

It worked out good. The service tech was very informative and knowledgeable. He is just a really nice guy to deal with. The work has turned out good so far. I spent an additional $500 beyond the big deal amount for everything that they did and as they are going to monitor it as well.

We were happy with his service. The one tech came three times and was at our home 30-45 minutes. He was helpful and gave us good advice.

Came home from grocery store Sunday afternoon to find a squirrel leaping around my living room. Called every number listed for the company multiple times, leaving my call back number. Tried multiple times over 1 hour and 45 min. No call back. You should not list Sunday hours and emergency service if you do not provide it.

I think they did exactly what we asked. They were on time and they did what they asked. I think the price was reasonable.

I would have proffered to have all the windows sprayed inside and out, that is what I was looking for, but they weren't able to do that because the spray would be above their head. I'll either do it myself next time or try to find someone who does spray all around the windows. They did take care of the small ants but the stink bugs are still here.

Great! Even provided me with additional "bait" to use inside. Also identified the cause of the ants coming into the house~a fallen downspout.

I was really impressed that they were able to come out on the same day that I called. They did have to come back a few weeks to spray again but I chalk that up to a really bad infestation. I was extremely pleased with Gold Seal and will continue to use them in the future.
