Description of Work: I don't remember the date of service. I picked the company based on the fact that the said they prespoted and sanitized. None of the stains came out. Employee was respectful but didn't speak english well and couldn't answer my questions or address my frustration. Company never followed up. :(

Description of Work: Premier Stem Cleaning Inc, came to our home immediately after our sub pump malfunctioned. They stayed until all the water was removed from our carpet then installed fans to dry and dehumidifiers to keep mold from forming. After the very professional job was completed to remove all the water we decided to hire Premier to complete the job with installing a new pad and steam cleaning all of the carpet. We appreciate their prompt response and would highly recommend Premier Steam Carpet to anyone in this situation. Thank you again

Description of Work: Cleaned traffic areas of living room carpet, stairs and small area in |each of two adjoining rooms. Unable to remove some stains as expected |and did not charge for that. Clear communication about the problems both ahead of the work and after. Will call them again.
