The associate was punctual and courteous. He called me before arrival, and even cleaned garage stairs as a bonus. The carpet looked clean afterwards.

Angel at Premier Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He was kind, respectful, practiced Covid precautions; we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was able to get all of the stains out of our carpet and had it looking like new when he left, and he even moved some furniture for us because my husband and I were both on a work call. Communication with Premier was very easy and they arrived on time. I would definitely hire them again.

Both company techs worked hard to clean multiple stains. Their efforts produced excellent results. When some of the upholstery stains did not respond to the basic chemicals, the lead tech discussed options before using stronger chemicals that could have damaged the fabric color. He did exactly what I asked him to do.

Cleaning went well. Technician seemed rushed. Called and said they weren't able to come at the time promised and would be several hours later. This caused me to cancel other plans. Overall, did a good job but nothing exceptional.

They left the carpet so wet when they were finished cleaning it that it took over a week for it to completely dry.

I had my entire carpeting cleaned. I did it primarily because the house smelled like my dogs, Not a urine smell, just 3 dogs smell. I did not find a major difference after words when I had other companies clean the carpet. I also have a 5' by 6' rug I asked him to clean. i've had others do it for free as it takes less than 2 minutes but he charged extra. After all I was paying, that seemed excessive.

They are an A, they are great. I think they did a good job on the price. I was happy across they board for them.

They responded very quickly to set up the appointment, and the job was completed within a few days of our initial purchase through Angie's List. They did a nice job and were easy to work with, and relative to other deals or promotions we saw offered the best value for what we needed.

Alec did an excellent job. Called early in morning to let me know I was on schedule and again when 10 minutes away. Very pleased with level of service.

Service man called about an hour before scheduled appt. as promised and said he could arrive twenty minutes earlier if OK. Did a great job on all three rooms, removing dirt we thought would be permanent. Definitely would hire again because we really got a money's worth with the coupon.

EXCELLENT!!!! I have owned the house 11 years and had the carpets cleaned annually. This is the first time that I used Premier. The carpets look better than in any prior year and some of the carpets are 11 years old. I was incredibly impressed. In addition the young man performing the work arrived on time, was incredibly neat and careful of the walls and wood floors. He was polite and friendly. He worked efficiently and it was a much bigger job than he anticipated as I had purchased a deal for 5 rooms and asked him to clean 10. I delighted. I will definitely use this company again.

The service was okay. I thought they did a good job, but I have had other cleaners being more thorough. I paid more than the $169.99 Big Deal because I have this little area rug and they charged me this whole large amount of money. So, that irritated me.

Alex did a great job! could not ask for a better experience. On time and very nice. He treated every spot and heavy traffic areas. He was fast and the carpets look great. Our house was a couple rooms larger than Angie's List promo so he gave us a fair price on the additional rooms. e are very happy with the results and recommend to others

Initially they were doing a great job on the carpet, getting the stains out with their pre-treatment solution. I had two issues with their service. 1) After I left them alone to continue the work, their attention to detail started to wain and there were spots that were missed. 2) The solution they used on my carpet created a residue on my hardwood floors downstairs, which I couldn't remove because we continued to go up and down the stairs tracking the residue on the floors. Once the carpet completely dried after a couple of days I was able to clean the floors. Recommendation, keep your eye on them and I am sure they will do an excellent job. As for the residue, I'm not sure how to resolve that issue. If I could, I would give them a score of an (A-).
