The ad said that they would remove stains and odors for the price charged. I was not home but they told my son they would deodorize and take care of staining for an extra price.

Everything went well. They were very diligent in being careful with the furniture in my home. They moved the furniture around when needed.

They are just very professional and they were able to treat and remove the problem area as soon as they could.

My mix up, I thought they were going to be here at noon to clean 2 rooms of carpet and pick up my antique rug to clean and bring back a few days later, instead it was anytime between 12-3 to pick up my antique rug, not clean my 2 rooms of carpet. Since I had already cleaned out 2 rooms of furniture so the carpet could be cleaned that day, they said they would work me in and clean my rooms by 3 pm. They showed up about 330 after getting caught in traffic coming across town. Two men showed up to clean the carpet, they had it done in no time, they speed cleaned the carpet. When I went to bed at 4am the carpet was still wet and sticky, before I could crawl in bed I had to wash my feet they were so dirty. I called the next day and ask if they could come back and clean it again, since it was still dirty. We agreed on Friday, I was too tired to do it again the next day, I have fibromyalgia and needed a day of rest before tackling it again. They had set my time on Friday as between 12-5. I called at noon to make sure we were thinking the same this day and yes they were planning on cleaning it again. They were to call one half hour before arrival. They called about 6pm and should arrive within the next half hour. They arrived a little before 7 because of traffic. The man was very nice and obviously wanted to keep me happy. He took a much longer time and cleaned the carpet again. He said he could see the dirt as he was cleaning. The carpet was considerably dryer than last time, by 11pm I could walk on the carpet in sock feet, so he did get more water out of the carpet. I will have to let you know how my antique rug works out. They had the best price for cleaning a rug by far, their charge for two rooms seemed a little high but I thought it equaled out. Overall so far I would say I'm satisfied, it was more work than I had planned for, doing everything twice, and a major pain. My house is still not put together, I have a long day tomorrow. Update: The owner and another man showed up with my rug ready to lay it in my room for me. I had not expected them to help me lay it. But instead they went the extra mile and showed up at 8pm with my rug wrapped up and ready to lay in the room. They used gloved to lay out the rug in the room, very professional. This is a 15 x 12 rug going into a 15 x 15 room so practically all of my furniture had to be moved and set on top of the rug. I thought it was very nice of them to go the extra mile and move all of my furniture, very nice. Overall I was very happy with my service and would recommend them and use them again.

They were prompt, quick, clean, extremely courteous and used very sanitary procedures.

These guys are simply the best. Reasonable and fair pricing, fine and detailed performance, couldn't be any happier! I'm currently selling my home and thought I would have to replace my carpet due to some pet and toddler stains. It was bad, and I mean real bad. But little did I know that a small investment would save me hundreds if not possibly thousands of dollars to shop around & bargain hunt for some carpet replacement. My carpet looks new, smells fresh, is bright and looks like I just moved in! This works for me, I will always use these guys!

I made this appointment about one month in advance knowing I was free that weekend. I was worried he might forget since I had made the appoinment so far in advance, but no reason to worry. He was on time and called ahead of time to confirm. Very nice, respectful and personable and he did a very great job. Steam cleaning does leave the carpets damp but I prefer that to chemicals and the drier cleaning methods. I would definately use him again.

They did a great job on the rugs. They were prompt and the price was good. Their work was great.

Seve did a very professional cleaning job of our carpet and lazy boy chair. His assistant, not so much. But after calling Seve about the matter he returned within a couple of days and took care of the two missed / not so good items. I gave him an A for quality as he fixed the job and by and large most of the work really was A quality. In addition to cleaning we purchased a double treatment of Scotch Guard to seal the carpet fibers well before we moved in. My idea, but they do that for commercial building in high traffic area. I have no problem with using him again instead of the big boys. Very good work at a competitive price. It was a good choice for us.

Excellent service! Prompt, courteous, and professional. Very thorough - spent 3-1/4 hours on the job. Attention to detail. Thoroughly suctioned carpet and upholstery to leave it damp, but not soaked. My dirty carpet looks like new again! Will definitely call them again in the future.

I was in the middle of my wedding and transitioning from my old house to a new house all happening in the same weekend and was in desperate need of carpet cleaning. Already being in a budget because of all my expenditure happening at one time, company after company just either couldn't fit with my schedule or couldnt' fit with my budget. I don't know much about carpet cleaning, but after i have heard of the stain removal prices i am going to try to never stain my carpets again or eat in the living that's for sure! Well, after calling premiere steam cleaning, they were very curteous and understanding right from the beginning I could tell I wasn't being rushed over the phone or given just a generic answer. On just a couple of days short notice, they were able to come out to my house and clean my whole house and not just clean it but leave it spot and stain free! Now my house is 3 bedrooms, two halls, 1 living room and 3 closests, and a very large rug and they were able to get it all done in just below 2 hours! (granted the house was pretty much empty) but you should've seen the stains all over my house!Every other company I described the stains to were wanting to charge me over $350! Premiere steam cleaning though, through their website, offered me a discount and even eliminated all the stains with just the heat of the steam cleaning machine! WOW! there was only 1 spot where I spilled wine that they spent a good 20minutes on and charged me $50, but I thought was going to have to replace the carpet in that bedroom because it was just out in the open and so large! they saved me time, money, headaches & stress!!!! i was so worried about the reconditioning and remodeling of my house on top of everything else happening in life, especially that week. I have officially made my choice of what company I am using for my cleaning my old home, that's for sure! Highly recommend for stress free and guaranteed work! ~mozemoze48

They do excellent work. They just forgot my appointment. I called after they were 15 minutes late. I've used them before and they were punctual and did great work. I will use them again. I consider it just an oversight.

It went as perfect as could be. The workers were prompt and very courteous. They were very careful as I have antiques, and the carpet was dry in the amount of time they estimated. It was wonderful.

I was so excited because the rug had only been cleaned by a reputable company before, and someone suggested premier Steam Cleaning. The rug was very precious to me and I was worried about having just anyone touching it. It came back looking beautiful.
