Description of Work: Replaced a lock on a storm door. Young man even made arrangements to pick it up at Home Depot.

Description of Work: I locked my keys in my car. I looked up auto lock services using the Angie's List app and they were one of the more highly rated providers. I called them up and they ended up coming about 45 minutes after the call. They unlocked my car with a lock-out wire tool.

Description of Work: I could not re-open a closet door which contained my purse. Pop-a-Lock came out on Sat. & got it open. They removed a broken piece which allowed the door to be opened and closed, but did not have a replacement handle. However, the repairman told me exactly what to buy and how to install it.

Description of Work: I work for a domestic violence agency and they changed the locks for a client of mine. Her ex had locked the deadbolt (with a key lock on both sides) and taken the key so she was unable to get in or out of her house. The lock was old and it took several hours for the technician to be able to pick the lock and replace it so she could have new keys. The technician was extremely professional and very sympathetic to my client's situation. He was great to work with. We both really appreciated him!

Description of Work: I called and spoke with the owner on a Sunday afternoon about getting new computer chip car keys. he spent a lot of time explaining all the options to me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I found the lost key so I ended up not needing a new one. But I will definitely call him if I need to.

Description of Work: My daughter, who is under two years old, had locked heself in her room and we could not get the door open. I had called another lock smith who had not yet rarrived at our home after an hour and 10 minutes, so I called Pop a Lock. Mark responded immediately, professionally, and stayed in contact with me throughout his drive to let me know how close he was. The company I called first arrived before Mark; he was only five minutes away from our home when the other company arrived. Mark took a total of 15-20 minutes to get to our home while the other company took and hour and a half by the time they actually got there. Mark was very kind when I told him the other company was already there. Despite the fact that he is not the lock smith who opened our daughter's door, he is the lock smith I will call in the future.
