I called them at night to unlock my car however they informed me they could not come until 8am the next morning. I was locked out of the house.

I called the company around 6:00 or shortly there after and asked to have a locksmith sent out to repair a dead bolt lock on my back door that was stuck in the locked position . The technician showed up at my house around 6:45 and ascertained what the problem was. He was able to fix it immediately and had my door back in operation within 15 minutes of his arrival.

We redeemed a coupon for three lock rekey services for a total of $100. After about three hours on site the technician came to us and said he couldn?t get the last lock and would discount the price by $15.

Very pleased with the manner of work today from Dave. Focused and very supportive. Targeted the issue and I'm very happy with the completion of the job. I would call them again.

The Pop-a-Lock people are very professional. We had locked our storm door but forgot the key. When we arrived back to town in the middle of the night we are able to have Pop-a-Lock quickly come out and open the locked storm door. The provider was quick and professional. The pricing was responsible since it was the middle of the night, but the cost was slightly higher than we were initially quoted due to the late hour. Overall, I would definitely use Pop-a-Lock if I needed their service.

Re-Keyed locks on newly-purchased home. Response time was prompt and Chris arrived on time (during a thunderstorm!). One of the locks had a key jammed inside and he worked extra h****** it. I appreciated that because the knob is a specialty one. I added two locks for the garage as well as I decided it was well worth the extra money. Excellent response time and service.

Stupidly, I locked myself out of my house while in the midst of unloading groceries. Purse, phone, and keys were already in the house. Ran to my neighbor's house and hopped on her computer to access Angie's List. Pop a Lock was the first company I called. They told me it would be 45 - 60 minutes. We agreed and I waited in my garage. A very polite, young man arrived about 35 minutes later and had me inside within a minute or two. Highly recommend this company and I thank them for the speedy service, as groceries were in bags on the kitchen floor with my dog inside! Everything was intact!

Ben was the serviceman. He was really good at communicating my problem and he was very efficient. There is a service fee of $50. I liked his honest feedback, and that he didn't think I needed a new lock. He fixed the doorknob for me.

The tech called me en route to send a picture of the lock (to make sure they could actually get it without additional costs) and said he'd get it open. He arrived in a marked car which made me feel a lot more secure. The tech himself was in uniform and super friendly. Overall as good of an experience as possible when you're locked out. They're prompt and charge a fair price. Very happy with them!

I was very impressed with this experience from start to finish. Angie's List members get routed directly to the owners phone and Mark is wonderfully professional and efficient in taking down our information. Matt, the technician that was assigned to our job, was polite and very helpful in suggesting a solution to our broken locks. He was able to get to us the same day we called, and arrived right on time. The job was done within an hour and the locks/handles are holding up really well. I'll definitely use the service again and they are programmed into our phones in case we ever lock ourselves out!

This afternoon seemed to be right out of a nightmare, but thankfully Pop a Lock came and saved the day! I left work in just enough time to make it to my daughter's school before her afterschool program closed. But my keys were gone! So I had to RUN the 1.5 miles to her school (and though I'm active, I hate running!), arrived 3 minutes late, then her and I had to walk back to work. We searched for the keys, kept checking with security to see if they were turned in, and then I had to pause the search to take a phone call I had planned to make from home that night. Finally, I had no choice but to call a locksmith to get my car going. So of course I checked Angie's List for a locksmith I could trust to meet me downtown at night with my 6 year old daughter!!! Mark answered right away and stated he could definitely help me even though it was after 7pm. Estimated about an hour for a tech to arrive, ensured I was in a safe location because I was downtown, and also explained that I could speed the process up by giving my VIN so they could find the code needed. I knew he was a legitimate business doing good work, so I didn't mind sharing this info, especially as it would help me get in my car quicker. Nate called me shortly after, explained he was on another job, but would head my way as soon as he was done. He then called again when he was on his way and arrived in a company car and uniform so I knew it was him. (this was very important to me because of where I was). He was so friendly, professional and quick! Within 10 minutes, he had made the key for unlocking the door, then the other key to start the car, filled out the paperwork, took my payment and chatted with my daughter and I. I felt completely comfortable and was thoroughly pleased with the overall service. I now have their number locked in my phone so that if I would ever need locksmith services again, I could call them immediately! I would also refer them in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

I called Pop A Lock of Indy this morning to unlock my car. They answered the phone immediately, gave me an estimate and were willing to make extra keys when they arrived. We ended up canceling just due to OUR OWN time constraints, nothing on their part. I would have certainly used them had we not lived all the way out in Greenfield. Indy - hire these guys, they are offering deals for Angie's List members and travel!
