Poindexter's/Ashjian Brothers Rug Cleaning Co Inc

I purchased a used carpet from the Goodwill on my lunch hour and wanted to have it cleaned immediately. Mr. Poindexter kept his shop open late for me to drop it off that same day. They do pick up and delivery but the rug was already in my vehicle. They did a fine job and the carpet is now in my living room. I would recommend them to anyone.

It turned out fine. They did what they said they were going to do, and it looks like a brand new rug. Hopefully the stitching holds up.

Very satisfied, the price was reasonable. It was good carpet they were professional they removed the old and put in the new I was very happy with there.

I called and they picked up my rug the following Monday. I came home and the rug had been picked up. There was a message saying they couldn't because of the dog in my front yard, but they must have found that the dog was not to be feared because the had picked it up by the time I got the message. The rug was gone for a little over a week at which time I got a message saying they were at my house and no one was there to take delivery. They asked me to call them. I had not heard that they would be returning the rug, so the call came as a surprise. I called and the receptionist said that occasionally that happens. I scheduled them to drop the rug off two days later. They brought it in, and placed it back on the floor. It looks great.

They wash the rugs in soap and water and lay them in the sun to dry. I just love them. It amazing how they can get pet stains out and the rugs look fresh as a daisy. Prices vary depending on what they do.

I have used Ashjains several times to clean our rugs. They always do an excellent job, especially considering how dirty the rugs are when we drop them off.

I was very pleased with the work performed on the rugs. I could see the difference after the work had been finished. Their service was reasonably priced and they give a discount if you drop the items off at their plant! I would use them again.

THE RUGS CAME BACK UNBELIEVABLY CLEAN. THEY DID THE WORK WITHIN A WEEK, AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE DELIVERY MAN ACTUALLY HELPED MOVE THE FURNITURE, INCLUDING A BABY GRAND PIANO.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. I BROUGHT THE RUG TO THEM. I GOT IT BACK SOONER THAN I EXPECTED. THEY ACTUALLY WRAPPED THE RUG UP FOR ME. I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO SHIP IT TO SOMEONE SO THEY DOUBLE WRAPPED IT FOR ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB!

CANT REMEMBER THE COST SO I SHOULDNT GRADE THEM. I DONT THINK THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST. BUT THE WORK QUALITY JUSTIFIED THE COST. THEY PICK UP AND DELIVER. WHEN THEY BROUGHT BACK MY WOOL RUG WAS WRINKLED. THEY WERE PROMPT IN CORRECTING IT.
