The scheduling of the appointment went very smoothly. They fit me in pretty quickly and gave me about a 3 hour window on the day when they'd be there to clean my carpets. Unfortunately, that window of time came and went with no one showing up. I called and left a voicemail. Despite it being after hours, someone called me back within just a few minutes. Turns out that somehow they thought I'd cancelled my appointment. I had not. I'd specifically taken the day off to get the carpets cleaned. I wasn't a happy camper at this point, but they sent someone out to my house within about 30 minutes or so. I didn't have high expectations by that time, to be honest, but I am happy to say that I am extremely pleased with how my carpets turned out. Steve got out stains that other companies told me would never come out. Our carpets look almost brand new and they are 10 years old! He worked very hard, did a very thorough job, and was very pleasant and professional despite getting a late, last minute call for a job he wasn't expecting to do that night. Despite the appointment error (the company did give me 5% off for their mistake, although I personally think it should have been at least 10% for the inconvenience-- I had to have a family member come over so I could fulfill another obligation), I would absolutely positively use PhD again. Their staff goes above and beyond, are professional, and they know what they're doing when it comes to cleaning carpets. I wish their scheduling error hadn't occurred, but I am certainly willing to overlook it because the end result is amazing-- and everyone does make mistakes from time to time. I am very pleased and have spread the word about what a wonderful job they did. Their prices were more than fair, too. I think I got a great deal. And my carpets look amazing. I will use them again.

He came last week and gave me an estimate. I called back to schedule an appointment for 3/18/10. When he arrived, he went over the areas to be cleaned as well as the price. He actually moved chair and other items so he could do a thorough cleaning. He sprayed all the urine areas with a special chemical and then cleaned the carpet. He was an extremely respectful and nice young man. Before he left, he told me that if I am not satisfied, let the company know, as they guarantee their work 100%. I am 100% satisfied!

I used them twice. They were punctual and respectfull of my house. They did what I asked them to do. The last time they were here I had some issues, and they came back immediately and resolved them to my satisfaction.

Excellent job on the re-stretch. Removed excess carpet without having to move furniture. Outstanding bleach and stain spot removal. The stain had tried to be removed by another carpet cleaning company 2 years earlier. I was amazed John was able to remove it. You can't tell it was ever there. Everything else fairly routine. I have referred PHD twice. I know one referral resulted in them cleaning carpet at a rental property.

I had a service out here that was...a real carpet cleaning company? It was more like Saturday Night Live. The guy smeared pet soils and left my carpet looking worse. He told me a streaky furniture stain was a burn! He missed quite a bit and knocked into my wood furniture in several places leaving nicks. I called PHD and they sent the OWNER! He gave me an honest assessment and went to work. WOW! He really went above and beyond and my very high grade carpet looks like new again! PHD will stand behind their service unlike the first service man. (The first guy actually charged me double x the estimate. I was reimbursed.) Thank you PHD.

It has a smell when it gets wet, so the gentleman used a tool to go over it with a rake tool and some neutralizer to try and alieviate that. He really tried hard to make it good when it left. It had no reflection on the company, they tried very hard to make it smell okay.

He was on time and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Offered suggestion to pretreat heavily soiled family room but no pressure to buy extra services.

They were very good. They did a good job getting the spots out, but things were a little wet. They were very responsive. It was not too expensive. I thought they had a good understanding of the spots.

PHD/Mr. Crabtree arrived on time - to the minute - assessed the job, and got right to work. I checked on him occasionally to see if he needed anything, but he was very self-sufficient. He actually went above and beyond by moving furniture that he was not required to move per our contract. He also cleaned a couple of additional areas - at minimal charge - that had not been originally specified because he felt that would enhance the appearance.

I got estimates for the work from several different carpet cleaning companies. When I found a lower estimate, I told PHD and they honored that price. Jason, the technician, was professional and polite. He walked through the house with me to make sure he understood what needed to be done. He did a fine job, but told me when he was finished that running fans and having windows open would help the drying process of the carpets. I would have liked knowing that ahead of time so I could have prepared and not had to step on the then-wet carpet. Also, after Jason was finished and left, I noticed a shoe print mark on our tile floor in the front hallway. I tried to clean it up, but couldn't. I called PHD and Jason came back out to check it out. He realized that he had accidentally stepped on the tile with cleaning solution on his foot which then cleaned the tile. So he went ahead and cleaned the whole tile hallway floor for me at no charge to get rid of the shoe print. On top of that, he re-cleaned a small spot in the hallway carpet that had appeared again. I was very impressed with how responsive PHD was with my concerns and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. Ernie is a very nice man and he works hard to keep an A+ rating on Angie's List. They did a very nice job cleaning my carpets. I will definately use them again and have already recommended them to family and coworkers. There are a lot of unreliable businesses out there, but PHD is one of the good guys!

See above. Rental unit was especially difficult to clean being berber carpet. Operator also gave the carpet a "haircut" to improve appearance. We were very satisfied. 5*****!

They were on time and available on Saturday. The service techician appraised the damage. My carpets had pet stains and were soiled with dirt. The work was done quickly. I only took 1-1 1/2 to complete the work. The pet stains came up. They were an extra cost, but the service person offered me several discounts. I am pleased with my service and have purchased a maintenance plan which is two more cleaning of 2 rooms and a hall for 70 dollars per cleaning, the work to be completed in one year.

We where having the family over for Christmas and I called Mr. Crabtree to clean carpet. Upon arrival he noticed the hole from the puppy and said he could fix it and he did a magnificent job. I will refer all my friends to his company!!

The carpet dried very fast with this job. The carpet was not excessively wet. It looked beautiful when they were finished. They did come back and take care of a couple of stains that came back for me. So the second time they treated just the stain areas and all turned out beautiful. I am very pleased!

They left some spots that were not there before they came. The man was pleasant and seemed professional, so I do not think he was at fault. These spots showed up after the man had left, when the carpet was drying. I had to put a rug over one of these spots. I was able to get some of the spots out, and I think the spots were due to excess liquid that they were using. The price was reasonable, and the spots did not show up in the bedroom at all. I would not use them again in the future.

It turned out pretty good. I did not have any issues with scheduling or anything. The technician explained things well and gave me choices as to what my options were. They put covers on their shoes, so they would not make a mess. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

The serviceman arrived on time, introduced himself, and walked through the house with me as I pointed out spots and problem areas. He pretreated the areas with spots and proceeded to clean the carpets. I was very pleased with the results. My dryer is working much better since the vent was cleaned, too. He also gave me a quote for cleaning the tile in our family room. I even got a card in the mail thanking me for the business. I would definitely use them again.

I just think that they are reliable, I guess. They come out two times a week. They also do our carpet cleaning when needed, and also the window cleaning.

They did a wonderful job; much better than expected. My wife & I contacted PHD w/very low expectations (as we just needed to clean our carpeting for a little family gathering), but we were very pleasantly surprised once they had finished. They were able to get out a lot of the stains that had settled into our carpet over the years, with two kids & a very playful dog! During our little get together, we received a lot of compliments from family members on how great our carpet looked. We will definitely use PHD again!

They were very thorough. The gentleman had wrong directions, so he was a little late, but he called to let us know. When he got here he still took his time to do a good job. We would use them again.

THIS WAS THE 3RD TIME I'D USED OFFICE PRIDE. ERNIE IS QUITE PLEASANT. THE CARPETS & UPHOLSTERY WERE VERY DAMP & TOOK MORE THAN 2 DAYS TO DRY, AS THEY DRIED OLD STAINS (THESE WERE GONE IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLEANING) CAME UP IN SEVERAL PLACES. ERNIE CAME BACK TWICE & "HIT IT AGAIN", WHEN I CALLED A THIRD TIME BECAUSE THE OLD STAINS WERE BACK, I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE IT WAS MORE THAN 2 WEEKS SINCE THE ORIGINAL WORK, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR CLEANING & THAT ALL THAT COULD BE DONE WAS A "PET CLEANING". I USED A DRY METHOD (CAPTURE FROM LOWE'S @ <$20.00) MYSELF & THE STAINS CAME UP & HAVE NOT RETURNED. I'M ALSO CONCERNED THAT WITH THE RE-CLEANINGS THE SCOTCHGUARD IS PRETTY MUCH GONE & I PAID FOR IT WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF HAVING THE PROTECTION.
