The young man who did the work was very professional and polite, and did a fantastic job. It took longer than they had anticipated, but he insisted on doing a thorough job, and worked through two nights. Our teachers are absolutely thrilled with the floors!

They were okay. It wasn't bad. The rugs took longer to get back than what they told me. The technician was just fine. It was okay. It wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worst either.

I would say that they are very knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job and showed up on time.

It went well. The only problem is that we have two dogs and the stairwell leading upstairs still had a dog smell after the carpet dried. There is a door at the top of the landing closing off the upstairs room and the pet smell seemed to remain at the top of the stairs.

I was able to schedule the carpet cleaning at a convenient time for me. The technicians arrived on time and did a great job. The price was reasonable and I will definitely use again.

The techs are well vetted and courteous. 100% professional and able to spot stains I did not even notice. I felt that no corners were cut. The owner Ernie and his office ladies are also top notch!

PHD's technician arrived on time. We walked through the facility to review what needed to be done and detail any problem areas. He was professional and polite. He did a great job removing the old wax, which was thickly layered and difficult to remove. He did the entire job in one day. My clients were thrilled with the way the floors looked! I will definitely contact PHD for my other clients!

I have had PHD come several times over the past few years. They are very good at what they do. They are prompt, polite, and all hard workers. They have cleaned everything from furniture to stairways and their work is top notch. You get more than your moneys worth.

It went great! They were able to squeeze us in last minute with short notice. They sent out 1 technician first thing in the morning. He was right on time, did his cleaning, and moved on to the next job. I have used them multiple times now and have been happy with their service thus far! I would recommend them.

We had some serious stains, especially where a cat had many accidents. Immediately after the cleaning, everything looked great. However, after a few days old stains began reappearing. I didn't call John to return because I think some stains are permanent. I thought his estimate for carpet restretching and cut/paste a damaged patch was fair.

Rick arrived on time and went to work. He was done in 1 horu and 15 minutes. The carpet looks great. He spot-cleaned a few areas before cleaning. I like PHD the best because they are reliable and do not try to sell you carpet sanitizer, protectants, etc. They do not move the furniture but this allows them to do more carpet, one tech, at a cheaper price and you don't have to move all the items on top of furniture for them to clean.

They made a special trip to clean up a stain from our dog after the whole carpet had just been cleaned. It took a special stain inhibitor process to get it out. The carpet looked like new afterwards. They didn't charge me the whole trip charge and were great!

The job was completed in the time frame that the tech had stated the carpet was as clean as brand new carpet and the pet stains where completely gone and have not returned, folks I can not go on enough about the professionalism and quality work we received from this company removing these pet stains saved us the cost of replacing this carpet which was our next option I would highly recommend this company for any kind of cleaning or flood restoration you might have I am so impressed with the results we received that they will have my business for ever.

Talked to Alicia at PHD and they said they would have a tech sent out soon. The previous night we had torrential rains and widespread flooding thoughout the area. Keith from PHD called and said he was on his way within an hour of the call I originally placed. Keith arrived and surveyed the problem as well as tested thoroughly for water in the carpet and padding. He left to go get additional equipment to resolve the problem correctly as it encompassed a large area. Upon return, Keith worked his magic for 4 hard working hours. He was extemely pleasant and explained the process well. Upon completion, he set up multiple commercial fans to dry the carpeting and pad. In addition, he set up a huge dehumidifier to extract any moisture. There were other things Keith did to complete the process the correct way. I was extremely impressed with the PHD and their professionalism and excellent staff. I will use them again in the future.

This job went very well. They had two men working on my house for a large part of the day. They had some equipment problems but they got the job done.

Was prompt--service man called to tell us exactly when he would be at our house. Our dryer has an exceptionally long vent hose; he cleaned as well as possible from inside, then had to finish from outside. Made sure it was working properly before leaving. He was friendly and professional. The price was as quoted and was reasonable We would certainly call this company for other services, too.

John, showed up on time, was very friendly, told me what he was going to do and started right in. John, worked his magic on our carpets and they came out "Great"!! This is the second time I have used this company and they are Top Notch!!
