It went very well. I have a house built in 1920, and sometimes the fix is not an easy one. The technicians came out, assessed the problem, and advised me on what to do. They recommended I replace the pipe. When I said no, they cleaned out the clog and did not push for anything else. I appreciated that.

It went exceptionally well. The technicians were very personable and extremely knowledgeable. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent cleanup job. My only complaint is the cost.

They really didn't do anything. It really seems like for a tune up they didn't do much of anything. The problem with buying one of the deals is you are unsure of what it entails. So maybe your expectations are too high. They gave us verbal feedback. It said tuneup, but all he really did was look at it. It was more like get someone out there and if you want something done, you could buy that from them.

They were very prompt, professional, and clean. Ed was the technician and he was able to answer all my questions, and he was thorough and sincere. I am pleased with the service.

Installed high energy-efficient furnace incorrectly. Condensate water did not drain properly quickly rusted out and had to get a new system in less than 7 years.

Sarah, a rep from Peterman, came out on Saturday to give me an estimate and she was an hour late. Once she finally arrived, I asked her what the efficiency of the air conditioner would be and she said 16. I told Sarah everything that I wanted in the air conditioner and her response was ?I was going to tell you that we can offer you those things.? After they installed the unit, I realized that the efficiency was 13 and not 16 like I asked for and Sarah agreed to. I called Peterman and the person that I talked to said, ?oh that?s something that happens all the time. People think they?re going to get something and it doesn?t happen.? They were by no means willing to swap it out for the unit efficiency that I asked for. The installation is now complete and I?m not sure I got everything that I wanted/asked for. The air conditioner isn?t working as well as it should. If a room doesn?t have a fan on it gets pretty stuffy. I have the thermostat set on 70 and a temperature gauge, that I have in the kitchen, says it?s 76 degrees in that one particular room. Something isn?t right and I feel that after paying over $3,000 the air conditioner should be working properly and cooling every room in the house.

We received quotes from 8 companies. Peterman was the most expensive and offered the lowest quality product. They quoted us for a builder grade model unit that was smaller than what we need and currently have, but tried to sell it as an upgraded model. The repairman was very nice and professional, as was the customer service person on the phone. The sales lady was very nice, but was eager to talk about herself, and wanted us to be impressed that she was a female in a typically male-dominated profession. She also was either misleading or not properly informed about the quality of product they sell.

So thankful Drew Thompson was able to come out and fix the issue. Having a working toilet over an long weekend with family is a necessity!

Amazing. Called around to other plumbers and none had availability for immediate assistance and many never even returned my calls. Peterman was able to get me a plumber out there THAT night though it was short notice. Their price was half the cost of another quoted price from a plumber that took forever to get back to me and didn't complete the job. These guys are PROs and highly knowledgeable. My other experience with plumbers is they use many contractors that are NOT very skilled. Much rather use these guys -- they will be my go to in the future.

Everyone at Peterman was professional and very attentive. At no time were we pressured into making a purchase decision and Bryan B was willing to answer all of our questions. The price was competitive and scheduling a convenient time for install was very easy. A few days after our install Peterman called to make arrangements to come back and make some modifications to the installation of the coil for better efficiency. Chad Peterman said after reviewing our installation they felt it could be improved. Dustin and Rick returned and completed these changes the same afternoon. There was no additional cost to us for the second visit.

On two different occasions I have scheduled appointments with this company, taken off work to drive home for the service only to Have them not show up. The final straw for me was calling the company and talking to the scheduler only to find out that the technician who was scheduled to meet with me wasn't even at work that day! She offered to reschedule me but never apologized for my inconvenience. I will never do business with this company again if I can help it.

Alan, our service technician, was personable, knowledgeable and very thorough. The coil was frozen which was causing the dripping water. He said we were low on freon which was likely due to a leak. We were told this by someone from another company who came out awhile back for another problem so we weren't surprised. Alan gave us detailed pros and cons of replacing the coil and refilling the freon versus buying a new unit that were consistent with what we already knew, so we decided to opt for a new unit. Sarah came out later that day to give us a price estimate and arranged for the new unit to be put in the next day. The price was reasonable based on our research and we were given no interest financing for three years. We told both Sarah and Alan separately that our original unit had never cooled our place well and they recommended going up in size although cautioned against going too big and explained why. Two guys came out the next day and installed the new unit and it has worked like a dream for the past month. We've had no problems at all and it cools the house so much better than our previous unit. We were VERY satisfied with our experience with Peterman, would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

They came in tore out my old units and installed my new equipment.

The technician looked at the humidifier. We had to call them back and they took off the initial charge due to the snaf f*.

They were helpful and worked with me. Their service manager made it a priority to get this issue sorted out.

Very well. I was given a 4-hour window for the appointment, 8:00 to 12:00, and the technician arrived at 9:00. I was pleased that he explained so much about my HVAC system to me, even pulling off panels and showing me elements and explaining a feature of my thermostat that I'd never understood. I'm now far better informed about it than I've been in the four years I've owned this home. I took out a maintenance contract with this company, which was much more economical than the HVAC company I had previously used, and this whole maintenance check was FAR more thorough than the company that I had used last fall. My only disappointment was that I had purchased a discounted maintenance check through Angie's list (for a very reasonable price) and, by golly, just the day prior to my scheduled appointment I received a coupon in the mail that would have saved me ANOTHER $10. Bummer.

They were very professional, punctual and took time to explain the difference between the different systems.

The price is an annual service contract. I've used them for a couple of years. They're always on time and do a good job. The workers were very professional.

We have an annual maintenance agreement with Peterman, and they have been excellent every time. The owner communicated with me late at night when I submitted a request, and had someone out the next morning to look at our furnace. Ultimately it needed replaced, and the techs that came out to replace it were great.
