The technician, Greg, came and for $85 offered to clean the clean the pilot assembly, which was not the problem (it needed a new thermocouple). The didn't check on the warranty, and for the $85 service call all they did was offer estimates of repairs and service plans. In other words, I paid $85 for nothing. Another company came and did the correct repair for less than half of the money that Peterman would have charged. I strongly recommend using a different company. This company is charging you to come give an estimate! I called the company and they were not willing to do anything either. They said that this is their policy. If you use them, you have been warned.

On a Sunday afternoon my basement drain wasn't draining properly. I called Peterman, Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and they were our in an hour. The cost was no higher than it would have been during the week. Bailey was polite, quick and explained the process. He suggested I get a scope done because he felt an obstruction on the sewer line. A day later Peterman's sent Solomon out to do a video scope which was included in the original price! He was pleasant and informative as we watch the video together. I was told if I had a flash drive ready they would record the video for me at no extra cost. I have used that video to talk to the city as the obstruction is in the street. I highly recommend Peterman, Heating & Cooling for any plumbing work.

Johnathan came, checked everything, when run machine trough our drain system. Now we don"t have problem any more. Will hire again

Drew from Peterman HVAC and Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet today. He was professional, prompt, courteous, and friendly. I thought it was a nice touch that the company emailed a bio on the service tech that would be providing the service before arriving. I highly recommend Peterman and will definitely use this company in the future. Great job!

The installers for Peterman arrived early, did a neat and professional job of installing a new heat pump and air handler, cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace behind them beyond a smoothly functioning heating and cooling system. While the price was not the lowest of six estimates I received it wasn't far from the lowest and it was well under the highest. While I was in the process of making my purchase decision, the sales representative was very responsive and answered my questions quickly.

System repaired. Work was done on a holiday and cost was very reasonable for service performed. They were the only company who could come out on the same day to perform repair. and restore heat. We have since used them for other services and are very satisfied with the work performed.

Excellent job! Edward came out, assessed the problem and had the sink unclogged in no time! We had another company out last week and they said we needed to downsize our pipe in the basement and wanted to put a vent under the sink for $466! Said the pipe was to big and would just clog back up. Didn't even attempt to clean it out. Edward came out, snaked the drain and had it running better than it has in years! All for $83! Would definitely recommend this company!

Everything went well, except that the total charge of $532 is excessive, even after Peterman plan member discount and Angie's List coupon. The garbage disposal itself is priced around $109 at home improvement stores. I expected higher markups from a plumber for parts and labor, but still was surprised by this much for a job that could be completed in less than 30 minutes. Yes, the technician went over prices and options with me, but there were no breakdowns on parts and labor.

Very professional, provided a price quote with three options/prices and absolutely no pressure to select a more expensive option. Work chosen was performed quickly, very efficiently and effectively. Serviceman was an ultimate professional. Would not hesitate to hire Peterman again, they will always be the first plumber I call and I can confidently say that having used multiple other plumbers through the 15 years in my home.

The A/C checkup was typical of yearly service calls that are made. The leak turned out to be a little more involved, as there were really two leaks, plus the bladder for the well water pump also was showing sign of aging. The serviceman worked quite late to complete the repair that we had requested that morning.

It was fixed on a Saturday. He was very nice and prompt. He did fix the air conditioner. My only complaint was the price. I thought it was a little high.
