Description of Work: They got Ac fixed, repairman Alan, overstated I had a 15 yr old unit, I knew this, had to call to get hard copy of repair details that was promised to be e mailed, gal on phone, Ashley, was very unconcerned, not the service I had in the past from them.. Sales estimator was great, bob, very friendly, professional.

I wanted to thank you for your feedback. We try and use both good and bad feedback to improve as individual technicians and as a company. I apologize that you never received your estimate. I reached out to the comfort advisor that came out to your home and he informed me that it did take him longer than normal to get the quote together because of the application. Mobile home heating and cooling systems are a little harder to come by and we do not have standard pricing for these units. While I agree with you, it should have been sent sooner, he did show me the email that he did send to you. If you did not receive this email, I do apologize.
