I wanted to get back with you on the recent review you left. We are very grateful you took the time out of your day to leave your comments. We try and use both good and bad feedback to improve our service. It looks like from our records we were out at your home about a year ago for some plumbing service. It looks like the technician diagnosed a faulty faucet, gave you five options for repair and you chose the middle option to fix the faucet that was giving you difficulty. It looks like you gave us low marks in Overall and Price. It looks like the technician gave you two options that were less expensive, but you chose the middle priced option. We try to provide a number of solutions for our customers on each call we run. We feel that providing our customers with multiple options allows them to evaluate which solution they would like to go with rather than just one price and one solution. I am guessing this was not explained during the call and hence your low marks in Quality and Professionalism. For this, I am very sorry.
