There was a little problem with the installation and it was brought to their attention and they fixed it. It was completely covered because it was new. They were efficient and they came when they were supposed to.

He came out at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable. I asked him a lot of questions about areas in the house that did not get as warm as some of the other areas, and he explained why. The two gentlemen that came out to do the installation were very polite. The job went very, very well. They even came back and double checked a few things.

Overall, I am very happy with both the work and the service. The technician even thought to ask how long I have owned the home. I was the original owner and we did some math and determined that I still had 12 days left on the warranty so I only had to pay for labor and the truck charge. I thought that was great service. I had not even considered that it would still be under warranty as we built the house back in 2006. The technician covered his shoes so he would not track in snow and was very respectful to my kids who wanted to watch everything he was doing. I am completely satisfied. The price and service were excellent. I will use them again in the future if I have the need for HVAC or plumbing.

Since we needed to address this issue we called Peterman's. Although it was in the middle of the winter, Kenny arrived ready to do battle with the weather and the A/C. Kenny was familiar with our place as he was the same technician that came out each spring for the last 5 years to make sure we were ready for the summer. He repositioned the A/C that is located on the roof of a 4 story building. We had already pre-paid for the spring inspection and Peterman's allowed us to transfer the date to the new owner. Lastly, Kenny talked with our realtor and helped her and the buyer's agent understand that the A/C was in good shape, that the fan had a delay switch so it would not run when the air temperature was below 60, and that testing it when it was below freezing would not be helpful. This sealed the deal. Kenny will be back in the spring to get the unit ready for the new owner.

Our neighbor recommended them to us. They installed a furnace for us in 2008. They come out on a regular basis for servicing the furnace. I am not very sure about their service package, but I think that the service for the first couple of years was included for the price that we paid for the furnace. We haven?t had any problems with them. The price was pretty reasonable. They have been very nice and responsive. They call us and remind us about the service. They are pretty punctual. We would use their services in the future as well.

The people that they send out are friendly and helpful; they take the time to explain things. Because I have a contract with them, they call to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they call when they are on their way so that you know they are in the area.

He does a great job. They are punctual when I make an appointment. Their quality of work is good and they are very honest. The secretary is very pleasant and the other staff I have spoken to have been very easy to work with except when I have dealt with someone about the duct work. I would use this company again.

two man team arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient in their work.

I called them and they came out and gave me an estimate. I felt comfortable with theirs. I had them come out and cleaned my furnace before, so I was comfortable with them. They came out and installed the new units and now they are working fine. I would use them again, in fact I will have to have them come out and do some needed maintenance on my furnace.

They're good. It was fine. They were punctual. I assume the price was competitive. We just use them because they're who installed the furnace and serviced it before we moved in.

Fantastic! Two young men arrived on time (amazing for service people) and worked diligently from 8:10 AM until 2:45 PM. We have my son and his wife and their children and my 90 year old mother living in the house with us. They were extremely polite and patient with all of us and our various activities. I was very impressed with their work ethics and their willingness to answer our numerous questions. They cleaned-up after they were done and we already notice a difference in air flow and freshness! As a result of this experience, we have decided to switch to them for all our future heating and cooling needs!

While cleaning the air ducts they had to loosen carpet to remove the covers. They explained what they needed to do and replaced the carpet. Everything was left clean. They discovered that the main return air duct was too small for the furnace and explained the need for a larger duct. The company sent out a larger duct and it was replaced the same day.

They explained the efficiency I was at and what I could do to improve it. He actually sat down with me and talked about it. They came out and installed it efficiently and got it done well. I got a descent warranty. I really liked how they explained it all and educated me. They even found a gas leak that I didn't know about.

They get their work done at a reasonable time and a reasonable, competitive price.

I have worked with them for about 8 years. They installed a heat pump 6 years ago for us. They are prompt and call us in advance.

Did a great job, showed up, timely, cleaned up as they went. Explained what they were doing. Fixed a loose damper. Also cleaned dryer duct.

So far their service has been very good. They were on time and also answered any questions or concerns that we did have.

The experience was very good. The office staff is very responsive, and whenever I call they are friendly and follow up on what I need. I've also had a good experience with the actual servicemen that have come to my house.

We had them out a couple of times. The first time they found that the eyeball sensor had been installed wrong and they reinstalled it correctly. I paid the fee for them to come out (I think it was $85) and they spent 2 1/2 hours at our house!!!! They went ahead and left and said to call if the problem continued. It did, so I called them again and they came out... they spent another good 1 1/2 and said they flushed something or other. They didn't charge me for this 2nd visit. I did end up talking to a manager and he said we had water in our lines and that was what was causing the humidity problems. Sadly, that is not fixable and the system might work for a little while longer, but probably won't for long. Surprisingly, the system began to function properly and the humidity it now gone!!!!!!!!! It has been wonderful!! This company was the only one that listened to us enough and took the time to do things right! We couldn't be happier with their politeness and promptness.
