We have an annual maintenance contract with Peterman for our heat and A/C. Allan called me when he was on his way, and was punctual and friendly. He did a thorough job on the A/C, including cleaning all the mud that had splashed in the unit. He recommended we put concrete or rocks around it to prevent that from happening in the future. He wrote down everything that he did, with any other recommendations he had.

They arrived on time wearing their little foot protectors as not to dirty our house. Checked every thing out on furnace, changed the filter and left the time and date on our furnace. Very pleased with Peterman Heating.

Bob Herren, the service manager, made sale, performed good inspection of all equipment even though we had not planned on air conditioning install. He pointed out the problem with the unit that competitors did not look at. Installatin was efficient and everything seems at above expectations.

They were on time. They protected the floors as they worked. Cleaned up when finished and finished in a timely manner!

They seemed to be knowledgeable. I like that they are well established and they are local. They have also done some work in my neighborhood.

My furnace motor burned out over the weekend. Since I have a two zone home, I was OK waiting until Monday. I left a message with the answering service and go a call back promptly at 7:30 in the morning. Pam was able to adjust their visit to accommodate my work schedule. Within 1 hour someone was onsite. He had the exact motor I needed and fixed the problem instantly. The furnace has been running smooth ever since. I was given a detailed quote before the work started. This included the motor replacement, full service on both furnace and a 1 year service agreement on each furnace. They recommended a service plan on both furnace, which I agreed to purchase. They also recommended replacing the igniters. The igniter quote was in the $200 range and I have two backups so I declined. My furnaces are over 12 yr old on the originals and an OEM igniter on the internet costs $30. You always dread having to call the HVAC people because the expectation is a huge bill. Peterman is prompt, reasonably priced and high quality. I feel they always do a good job and am comfortable with their work.

First, we have been Peterman clients since the company stared, almost 30 years. We always get great service from them. Once, we went with a competitor-older firm to replace equipment. Peterman had to help us fix things right..

Friend recommended, called gave our issue, Peterman called us, came out, gave 2nd opinion. Replaced furnace with cracked exchanger & was up & running 25 1/2 hours from initial phone call & was cheaper than original quote we had from another company!

24 hours from quote to install!!! Very professional-great service.

Ryan cleaned and checked furnace. Checked all registers for carbon monoxide, all air return things. He was very nice, covered his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt on carpet. He even put my carbon monoxide alarm on the wall for me. I had one but it wasn't up yet.

2 men came at 9:30 and left around 5:30 pm. I left them to their own devices. They cleaned up & left the basement neat & clean.

Overall experience very good-Have worked with them before and will continue to call for future work.

The service has been great. They put booties on their shoes and they are very professional and nice to work with.

The technician called to let me know he was on his way and would arrive soon. He asked me to raise garage door where furnace is located and he came into house and set thermostat where he needed it. He cleaned and checked furnace. Since filter was clean he didn't change it, but told me to check it in a month. When he finished he reset thermostat and I signed his paperwork and he was on his way.

Very, very, very professional, punctual, easy to understand. Good value, expertly installed, would arrive on schedule.

They did a great job. Chad came out to give me an estimate and was very polite & professional. The 3 guys that did the work were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked hard. I was so glad they found the gas leak under the bathroom in the line. We had been smelling something but had no idea. It could have been potentially very dangerous. (God's providence and mercy, very thankful!) Anyway, they got it done and I love my new furnace & central air. I thought it was a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

We had called the night before to schedule an appointment during working hours after the furnace quit working. They were able to fit us in and the serviceman arrived around 2ish. They were very helpful as I was also trying to schedule a doctor's appointment for a sick child. The serviceman was able to quickly determine the problem, though he did not have the parts needed to fix it. He and my husband talked by phone as he explained how the pipe needed to be lifted to provide the right amount of 'fall'. The repairman offered to come back and complete it, but they decided he could probably do it on his own -- the repairman marked the pipes for him and left his card to call him with any questions or during the repair for guidance. We signed up for the maintenance program on our two systems, and the serviceman quickly completed the initial tasks for that process. He was thorough and professional even though he did have limited time.
