Description of Work: We removed two wrought iron porch railings and they sandblasted them. We couldn't afford to have them powder coated but they were helpful anyway in coaching me through painting them myself after bringing the railings home.

Description of Work: We delivered the support webbing frames from our two all-weather rattan chairs (5 years old) to Patio Furniture Restorations on May 13. They replaced the webbing on both with vinyl strapping, which they claim will last much longer. They were ready in two weeks.

 + -1 moreI HAD CALLED IN ADVANCE LETTING THEM KNOW THE FURNITURE HAD TO BE RE-STRAPPED. THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS A 3 YEAR WARRANTY. WHEN I ARRIVED, THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NO WARRANTY AVAILABLE, AND THEY COULD IN NO WAY GUARANTEE THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD NOT REOCCUR. I WAS DISPLEASED, SINCE I HAD TO ARRANGE FOR TRANSPORTATION. THE WAY THE PEOPLE SPOKE WITH ME AND EACH OTHER SEEMED QUITE UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY FRUSTRATING.
