Promptly came to see the furniture and gives an estimate. Completed earlier than estimated and everything looks better than new.

All the chairs were taken apart and sandblasted. They were painted and put together again. They even welded feet on the bottoms of the chairs so the paint wouldn’t scratch off on our stone pavers. Very happy with the results.

I had lots and lots of fabric choices. They promised me the slings in 2 weeks and like clockwork - they called and were ready. I had brought one of the chairs with me and they asked to keep it so they would know that the sling fitted. The slings are perfect - exactly what I wanted. The lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helped me make my fabric choice.

Patio Furniture Restoration did a beautiful job. They picked it up from a second floor deck and returned it.

Took 2 chairs in to replace the fabric. Picked out a fabric from a wide selection of designs. They gave us a quote which was well within the range I expected. They told me it would take a while to get the fabric from the supplier (which was logical since I had picked the fabric from about 2 inches of sample fabrics). They called us a couple of weeks to tell us the chairs were ready. I picked them up a few days later. The chairs looked fantastic. Will be taking 2 more to them soon.

They did a great job putting the covers on the frames.

They only had my furniture for 2 days! They did what they said they would and did it in a first rate fashion. They did it in a timely manner. I will continue to use and recommend them.

On the first attempt, the fabric was installed backside-up. I called Floyd the owner and he immediately came out to my house and confirmed my assertion. He said he would make the correct replacement slings at his shop, then come and pick up the chairs again, replace the slings, and return them on the same day. Thus I got to use my chairs while the problem was corrected. He did exactly that, and was polite, courteous, and friendly throughout the correction process despite the money he must have been losing on the transaction. And of course, there was no charge to me for the correction of the mistake, and free delivery. I recommend Patio Furniture Restoration for all your patio furniture needs.

I have used the Hamilton's in the past and found their work to be excellent. We have an issue with a couple rockers that need repair. Mr. Hamilton went into detail explaining the corrective action needed and we agreed to address in the fall when they no longer have a backlog of work. Additionally, I have a chase lounge they repaired in the past that was recently damaged. They agreed to complete the repair while I waited. This is a great company. But with a lot of organizations that do good work, a backlog exists during peak seasons. I am very comfortable recommending this company based on my past experience.

Before they shipped I received a call from Floyd who wanted to double check that I needed two holes on each side and I said yes. He said he would take care of it and get them sent. The straps were received in early May. I had not finished repainting all the furniture and the last time I ordered from them everything was perfect so I did not open the box to see the straps until Saturday, May 12. I then discovered only 5 of the 44 straps were usable as sent. Holes were very small, 1/8and quot; or less, and not lined up on each side. On every strap 2-3 of the 4 holes were out of alignment. There was no way to use them as sent. I immediately called and left a message. On Tuesday I still had not heard anything so I called and was told she was still getting messages off the machine and would call me back when she had a chance to talk to Floyd, the owner. When she did call me she said and quot;since these will not work for you we will refund your money if you send them backand quot;. I told her they would not work for anyone, they were, quite literally, a mess and I couldn't believe they had left the shop in that condition. The owner got on the phone and was extremely rude, inquiring why it took me so long to call and telling me the reason they were messed up was because they no longer have the machine necessary to punch the holes and he had to spend 3 hours punching the holes by hand. I asked him if he checked the straps and he said and quot;not every pieceand quot; because he had tried punching them 4 or 5 at a time. I told him had I known that they no longer had the equipment I would have looked elsewhere to get the job done. He made it very clear he would not redo the straps nor would he ever attempt this job in the future. If I wanted my money back I had to send the straps back (and pay another $20 shipping). Since I did not feel my chances were very good to get a refund of any kind, I decided to see what I could do. With an $8 metal punch kit I repunched all156 incorrect holes in less than 90 minutes.

When we took them out of storage in the spring we found that the new cushions had a lot of mildew on them. We called them and they said that they couldn't do anything about them, there is no warantee on them for mildew. We asked the owner, Floyd Hamilton, of Patio Furniture Restorations where he got the cushions so we could call them. Floyd said he wouldn't give us that information because it would be "unethical." We just want to see if the distributor can tell us what to do or what would cause the mildew, but Floyd won't tell us. It seems to me that they don't care about customer service and are definitely not working with us to find a solution. We're just trying to protect our $600 investment. I was willing to pay $600 for high quality, but it has turned out to be defective.

I have worked with them in the past to resling other patio chairs and I have always had a positive experience. This time they put the fabric on backward on 1 of the 4 chairs I was repairing. Since their employee loaded the chairs into my car, I did not realize this until I had returned home. I live a good 45 minutes from their shop. I had already made 3 trips to the shop to drop off/pick up my other chairs. Since it was their error, I called to ask that they send their delivery truck out to pick up my chair and fix it. I ended up leaving messages and/or calling at least 6 times to try to settle this issue. Periodically I would hear from them and be assured that my request would be passed on the correct person, but then I wouldn't hear from them for weeks. I finally contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I immediately heard from a man who told me that he didn't have his calendar with him, but that he would call me after the weekend and set a date to come pick up the chair. After that, he never called back. Out of frustration and four months of not making any headway, I finally took the chair back myself. They replaced the fabric with the correct orientation and I picked up the chair myself. At no time did anyone acknowledge their error or apologize. If I can find someone else to service my patio furniture in the future I will use them, but I'm not sure if anyone else does.

From the beginning, they were great to work with. They picked up the furniture, worked with us to help us find the right colors, stored it until we needed it, and delivered it back to us looking brand new. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable.

This place is expensive. Shop for alternatives! I was told 2 weeks and it took four. When I called on the fourth week, they said it would be done in a couple of days. I also told them there were missing clips (to hold the glass in place). The forgot to provide me with new clips so I had to drive out there again.

When we finally got to place the order, the time to repair was shorter than the 3 week estimate they gave us. Initially I had difficulty reaching them by phone and the answering machine wasn't working. I had to go to them to get information.

Excellent job. The furniture looks like new. There is one problem with one leg that is missing a "glider" but we called and were told they would send someone to fix this. I was also impressed that they did not make promises they could not keep. I had the furniture picked up a couple weeks before Labor Day and they told me there was no way I would get be until after Labor Day. I appreciated that honesty. Of course this is the busy time for their business but when I would call and leave a message they would call back within a day or two at the most.

I would use them again and recommend them.

They are so nice and so pleasant. They just did a good job, I was very pleased.

Easy drop-off, kept over winter while making repairs, picked up in spring. Great experience, had to wait on one piece, but it was no big deal. Recommended!

This furniture was about 25-30 years old. This is the second time they have done work for me. The patio furniture looks better than when it was brand new. They are really nice to work with.

THE FURNITURE LOOKS LIKE NEW AND WILL LAST ANOTHER 25 YEARS. THEY WERE PROMPT ON DELIVERY AND PICKUP. THEY KEPT THE FURNITURE FOR ABOUT A WEEK.

IT DID NOT TURN OUT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. AFTER A COUPLE OF TIMES AT NO COST TO US, THEY FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT. THEY DID A NICE JOB. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR EFFORT. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE.

THE WORK HAS TAKEN OVER SIX WEEKS WHEN A QUOTE OF THREE WAS GIVEN. I WAS TOLD ITEMS WOULD BE READY FOR PICK-UP WITHIN DAYS AFTER FIRST PHONE CALL (SIX WEEKS AFTER THE FURNITURE WAS TAKEN INTO THE STORE) AND PROMISED A PHONE CALL WHEN WORK WAS COMPLETED. AFTER NOT HEARING FROM THE COMPANY FOR OVER A WEEK, I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. THERE WAS NO FOLLOW-UP ON MY PHONE CALL. FOUR DAYS LATER, I FINALLY TALKED TO THE OWNER AND THE ''SITUATION'' ON THE DELAYS WAS EXPLAINED. HE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL WITH ME. THE COMMUNICATION LEVEL OF THIS COMPANY, AT LEAST FOR ME), WAS BAD!!!!! THAT'S MY ONLY COMPLAINT. I DID NOT CARE THAT IT WAS TAKING LONGER TO COMPLETE THE WORK, BUT WOULD HAVE LIKED A PHONE CALL TO KEEP ME INFORMED ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ITEMS.
