He is wonderful! He is here immediately, and he helps you. I can't say enough good about him. He wasn't here very long, but I paid $68. You can trust him and he's always on time. He is very, very thorough. I think he has come here 3 times and hasn't even charged me. I gave out his card and his recommendations to all these women in my neighborhood too. I haven't had issues with the garage door since he was here.

They came late in the evening on a Saturday to help with this problem. Everything turned out well and it only took one appointment.

It went well. They were on time, professional and I was satisified with service and I would use them again in the future.

IS there a better grade than simply an "A"??! Seriously, I am not easy to impress yet Jeff at Overhead Orthopedics has IMPRESSED us twice now!! Several years ago, he came out to fix one of our garage doors and was great then. This past Saturday afternoon our OTHER garage door would not close with a remote. I call on Monday morn and Jeff talks me thru simply adjusting the sensors at the bottom of the door -- it works!! Now THAT is a person/company that is WORTHY of my business!! Thank you Jeff for your honesty, helpfulness, and time!

Early on a Saturday morn, the bottom of the garage door was knocked out of its tracks by my backing vehicle. The door was twisted a bit and would definitely not operate in said condition. Jeff was first call made from Angies list. He readjusted his existing days schedule to accommodate my problem (snow and sub-zero weather due later in the next 2 days). In all, from time called to his arrival ... 1 & 1/2 hours. Repair time ~ 15 minutes to get operational. Additional work was scheduled to replace the bottom panel at a more convenient time but he left things in good working order

Jeff came out on Saturday (nice!) and was able to find and fix the problem quickly. They made sure it was working well, and they were very nice. The price was very reasonable and included all the parts, They guarantee it for a year, and gave a $5 discount for finding them on Angies list.

He adjusted the spring tension and then oiled it. He is professional, kind, patient and trustworthy. He knows what he is doing. I have recommended him to my neighbors.

Jeff responded quickly to my request for quote in the morning so that I could meet him that afternoon. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem right away - it was the spring. He replaced the spring, checked the sensors, greased the hinges and a checked the rail alignment, which was more than I expected. There was no pressure to upgrade or buy things that were un-necessary, which I greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better experience and I would highly recommend Jeff.

While lowering my garage door one morning, I heard a loud pop and the door stopped while still open a few inches. Since Jeff had replaced my opener a few years ago and I was very happy with his work, I called him right away. He said he probably could come around 5p-6p. He called before coming and was here at 5p with a helper. It took him only a minute to see a cable had broken. He had a bit of trouble with a thoroughly rusted bracket but was able to get it off. He replaced the cable, the fixture, and a roller. I asked if he thought everything else looked okay and he said it all looked fine. He finished everything within 30 minutes and the door now works fine once again.

It went seamlessly. What a nice man - prompt, too. He arrived in less than 24 hours from my phone call.

It went great. I contacted Jeff in the morning and made arrangements to meet him at my house at 3:00 that afternoon. He called about 1:45 and said his last appointment didn't take as long as expected and said he could meet at 2:30 if I could do that. Fabulous! He arrived on time, we went over the problem and he immediately went to work. A mere 45 minutes later, he was finished. He fixed the rollers, greased the tracks, repaired a slight tear in the weather stripping surrounding the door when he saw that it was causing a very slight bump when the door was raised or lowered and re-positioned my sensors for the garage door opener to help with a smoother open and close experience. My garage door is fixed and it has never been smoother and quieter. It's great.

We had a garage door opener fail at our house, leaving us unable to open one door. Called Overhead Ortho and Jeff was able to come over the next morning. fixed the door promptly, gave a written reciept and guratantee, and he also showed us some maintenancet tips to keep the doors and openers working properly in the future!

He does a great job on my gargage door. He is so considerate and honest with me.

It was great. I thought he was honest, the pricing was fair and he gave me some good advice. I was trying to decide if we should fix or replace the lift. In the end I think we made the right decision by replacing. He didn’t try to oversell me on and he told me reasonable price points including what the best options were for me.

I was given a suggestion over the phone to resolve my issue, initially. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Within a couple of hours of my second call, the repairman was in my driveway. Even when the garage door refused to open manually, he perservered. Once entry was attained, it only took a short time for the situation to be remedied. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Our garage door was not responding to the opener at all. Jeff came out within a few hours of when I called him. He found that a squirrel had gotten into the roof of the garage, was chewing a hole into the wall, and had chewed through the garage door opener wires. He quickly fixed the problem and even replaced the missing board where the squirrel was entering and replaced the key switch so we can get into the garage door if we have problems in the future. He was prompt and professional and I highly recommend him.

Jeff was awesome. My opener stopped working on Thursday, Jeff was here on Friday to fix it. It now works better than ever. I highly recommend Overhead Orthopedics!

Our garage door opener broke this morning. We called Jeff (one of the few Angie'st List providers who listed Saturday hours). He answered immediately, came out right away, and fixed our problem. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will be having him do future work on our other garage door and would highly recommend him to others.

The whole experience was very positive and I'd have him back in a heartbeat.

He came out to look at my door quickly, since I lived nearby. I was happy with the work. and he seemed thorough and cheerful!

We called Jeff Saturday morning and he was able to come that morning to fix our broken spring. He was prompt, courteous and did a great job! We will definitely hire him again for any future garage door repairs.

We initially contacted a Overhead Door of Indianapolis to diagnose our malfunctioning garage door opener. ODI showed up, looked at the opener for all of 30 seconds, and quoted us $200.00 to repair the opener, and advised us to purchase a new opener ($400). The ODI technician did not even use a ladder to examine the opener. He simply turned a switch on the back of the opener and told us we needed a new opener. After the lackluster inspection, we opted for a second opinion. Jeff from Overhead Orthopedics came out to our house and inspected the opener. He recommended we install a new part, and quoted half the price of the original quote to fix the problem. Within 45 minutes, Jeff returned, and repaired our garage door like new. Jeff was cordial, on time, and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. He even advised that openers are supposed to last about 25 years (something ODI neglected to mention). He was really reasonable, gave us tips on how to make our garage door last instead of trying to sell us a new one, he was prompt and was a very nice guy to work with.
